However, since the above-mentioned self-fire alarm system and intercom system are not configured to operate in conjunction with each other, in order to issue an alarm as a self-fire alarm system, it is necessary to place district bells (emergency bells) in passageways on each floor. Improvements were desired because the installation process was troublesome, and the installation of district bells in the walkways of apartments and other buildings looked unsightly.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention as set forth in claim 1 proposed to achieve the above object is such that a door intercom slave unit installed in each dwelling unit receives disaster prevention reception when a disaster prevention sensor issues an alarm. An alarm switching circuit section that, when receiving the alarm transfer signal transmitted from the device side, switches and connects the alarm signal simultaneously transmitted from the disaster prevention receiver side to the built-in speaker and outputs an alarm sound or alarm voice. It is said to be configured with the following. In the present invention as set forth in claim 2, the door intercom slave device is equipped with an alarm test switch and a test indicator light, and when the alarm test switch is operated, a pseudo alarm operation of a disaster prevention sensor causes the house information board to be displayed. A warning signal is transmitted on a trial basis, thereby causing a test indicator light to display a warning signal.

[Operation] In the present invention as set forth in claim 1, when a fire occurs in any of the dwelling units and the disaster prevention sensor issues an alarm, the alarm signal is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiver side via the signal line, and the disaster prevention receiver Then, via another signal line, an alarm transfer signal is transmitted to the housing information panel of the dwelling unit that requires alarm notification, thereby causing alarm notification to be performed. At the same time, the disaster prevention receiver sends an alarm redirection signal and an alarm sound or alarm sound to the doorphone slave device of the dwelling unit that requires alarm notification, and the doorphone slave device transmits the transmitted alarm signal. The alarm signal is sent to the alarm switching circuit section to perform switching, thereby connecting the transmitted alarm sound to the built-in speaker and outputting the alarm sound. For this reason,
Since the alarm in the event of a fire is reported by a door phone slave installed at the entrance of each dwelling unit, there is no need to install a district bell. In the present invention as set forth in claim 2, when the alarm test switch of the door intercom slave device is operated, an alarm signal is tentatively transmitted to the housing information panel by a pseudo alarm operation of the disaster prevention sensor;
This drives the test indicator light of the door intercom slave device. Therefore, the alarm test can be performed from outside the dwelling unit without triggering the disaster prevention sensor installed inside the dwelling unit.

Next, the basic operation of the self-fire alarm system for apartment complexes of the present invention having such a configuration will be explained. ■When a fire occurs in one of the dwelling units 1 (temporarily assumed to be a dwelling unit on the first floor) and the disaster prevention sensor 12 issues an alarm, an alarm signal is transmitted to the fire indicator circuit section 112 of the intercom slave unit 11 and the fire indicator light is activated. 11
2a is driven to light up, an alarm transfer signal is transmitted to the housing information panel 10 via the signal line LD, and an alarm is sounded and an alarm is displayed. ■Furthermore, an alarm signal is sent from the fire display circuit section 112 of the intercom slave unit 11 to the signal line L1, and when the disaster prevention receiver 2 receives the alarm signal transmitted via the signal line L1, the disaster prevention The receiver 2 side performs the necessary alarm notification, and the housing information board of the dwelling unit that requires alarm notification (such as the dwelling unit on the same floor as the dwelling unit where the fire occurred, and the dwelling unit on the floor directly above) is transmitted via signal lines LA1 and LA2. 10 to issue an alarm notification. ■The alarm transfer signal transmitted via the signal lines LA1 and LA2 is also applied to the alarm switching circuit section 111 of the door intercom slave unit 11 to drive the relay RY, and the relay contacts ry1 and ry2 are set to the contact b side. Can be switched. Then, the transformer T is connected to the speaker SP, so the alarm sound (for example, "Woo-woo,"
"A fire has broken out," etc.) is outputted audibly from the speaker SP.

[0011] As described above, according to the self-fire alarm system for apartment complexes of the present invention, instead of providing a district bell to issue an alarm, an alarm sound is sounded from a doorbell slave installed at the entrance of each dwelling unit. It becomes possible to output and issue an alarm. Note that as the alarm sound transmitted from the disaster prevention receiver side, it is also possible to transmit a voice prompting the manager to guide evacuation.

Next, a description will be given of the operation when performing a warning test by operating the warning test switch SW2 provided on the intercom slave unit 11. - Operate the test switch (not shown) on the side of the disaster prevention receiver 2 to set the alarm transfer signal not to be sent even if the alarm signal is transmitted. ■
When the alarm test switch SW2 of the door intercom slave unit 11 is operated, both ends of the detector circuit S of the disaster prevention sensor 12 are short-circuited by the signal line LF, and an alarm signal is transmitted to the fire display circuit section 112, causing an alarm display. It is done. - From the fire display circuit section 112, an alarm transfer signal is transmitted to the housing information panel 10 side via the signal line LD to issue an alarm, and from the housing information panel 10 via the signal line LE to the door phone circuit 110a. The alarm transfer signal is transmitted to the test indicator light 110b, and the test indicator light 110b is driven to turn on. Incidentally, when the operation of the alarm test switch SW2 is released, the alarm notification on the housing information board 10 is stopped and the test indicator light 110b of the door intercom slave unit 11 is also turned off.

[Effects of the Invention] As can be understood from the above explanation, according to the self-fire alarm system for apartment complexes of the present invention as set forth in claim 1, when a fire occurs, a doorbell installed at the entrance of each dwelling unit is activated. Since the warning sound is emitted from the device, there is no need to install district bells in the passageways on each floor of the apartment complex, making it possible to improve construction efficiency. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the wiring connection around the disaster prevention sensor can be checked by simply operating the alarm test switch of the doorbell slave device installed at the entrance and checking that the test indicator light is on. This makes it possible to easily conduct the test even when the resident is not present.
