(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
小型のチツプをクランプする場合先端が超硬質
合金のクランプ金具でクランプすると先端部が破

(問題点を解決するための手段)
上記問題点を解決すべく本考案は、クランプ金
具の先端に薄板状の超硬質合金片を固着すると共
に、前記クランプ金具の先端部下面にクランプ面
を形成し、このクランプ面と前記超硬質合金片の
先端下面との段差によつてクランプ時に超硬質合

固着している。またクランプ金具1の先端部下面

と超硬質合金片2の先端下面4との段差により逃
げ部5が形成されている。そしてクランプ金具1
の中央部上面には下面垂直に貫通するネジ孔6が
穿設され、更にクランプ金具1の中央部下面には

してからクランプ金具1のクランプ面3をチツプ
に当接させ、かつフランジ部7をホルダ11の溝
に係合させた後締付ボルト12をネジ孔6に螺入
してホルダ11の雌ネジ部と螺合させる。そして
締付ボルト12を締付けることによりクランプ面
3がチツプ10を強く押圧してチツプ10は堅固
に固定される。その時逃げ部5が形成されること
により超硬質合金片2がチツプ10に当接しない
ので締付力が超硬質合金片2にはかからない。次
にチツプ10が固定されたホルダ11は取付ボル
ト13により仕上げ加工用工具取付部14に取付
けられ鋳鉄製のシリンダーブロツクのシリンダー
ボアの仕上げ加工を行う。そして、高速切削時に
切屑がクランプ金具前面に接触するが超硬質合金
片2を固着しているのでクランプ金具1が欠損す

以上説明したように本考案によればクランプ金
具の前面に薄板状の超硬質合金片を固着したため

端摩耗による不具合が防止できる。更に逃げ部を
設けたためクランプ時の締付力が超硬質合金片に
かからないため超硬質合金片の破損が防止でき
る。従つて小型のチツプを確実にクランプするこ
とができ小型でしかも耐摩耗性のあるクランプ金
