Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve proper air conditioning, with which the power consumed by air conditioner device is suppressed and the wind quantity, temp., etc., are regulated as desired by each driver/passenger in the car cabin. CONSTITUTION:A switch capable of being turned by driver/passenger in each of the seats 2. Blowout holes 41a, 41b, 41c are formed in tone neighborhood of each seat 2 and coupled individually with an air conditioner unit 1 through connection ducts 3, 4, 5, 6. The positions of temp. controlling dampers 12 installed as corresponding to these ducts 3, 4, 5, 6 are controlled independently. Thereby the air whose temp. and blowing amount are regulated for each seat 2 according to the switch position operated by each driver/passenger, blows out selectively from the blowout holes 41a, 41b, 41c.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, this conventional air conditioner has a configuration in which hot or cold air is blown out from an air outlet opened in the dashboard at the front of the vehicle, so it is difficult to air condition the entire interior of the vehicle. This not only provided extra heat to parts other than the human body, but also drove the air conditioner even when there were passengers who did not require air conditioning, which was a waste of power. Generally, the number of passengers in a four-seat vehicle is approximately 1.4 on average, and this figure indicates that air conditioning is often applied to seats that are not required. Furthermore, since the entire cabin was air-conditioned, it was difficult to set the desired temperature for each person.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 6. 1st
The air conditioner according to the embodiment is configured to guide conditioned air from the air conditioning unit 1 to each of the vehicle seats 2 (four seats in this case) through connection ducts 3, 4, 5, and 6. The air conditioning unit 1 includes an air intake port 7, an evaporator 8, a heater core 9, a partition plate 10 that allows air conditioning to be performed independently for each seat, a temperature control damper 12, and the like. The temperature control damper 12 is rotatably attached to the shaft rod 14, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a jig 15 is fixed to the temperature control damper 12 by screws 21 and 22, and a wire 16 is rotatably attached to this L-shaped jig 15 by a shaft 23. wire 1
6 is covered with a wire sheath 17, as shown in FIG. 2, and this wire sheath 17 is fixed by a presser 18. The other end of the wire 16 is connected to a temperature control lever (not shown).

The air conditioning unit 1 is vertically divided into four divided rooms by three partition plates 10, and the damper case 2 of each seat 2 is connected to the damper case 2 of each seat 2 by connecting ducts 3, 4, 5, and 6.
It is connected to 5. As shown in Figure 4, the damper case 2
5 has a fan 26, and the air taken into the fan 26 passes through a backflow prevention damper 28 and is blown out to each part of the human body on the seat by a first distribution damper 29 or a second distribution damper 30. The damper case 25 has distribution ports 25a, 25b, 25c, and 25d that selectively distribute air to the head, chest, thighs, and toes. The backflow prevention damper 28 is actuated by subtle dynamic pressure, and rotates in the direction of arrow a from the position shown in FIG. 4, but does not rotate in the direction of arrow b. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the backflow prevention damper 28 is rotatably mounted around a shaft 34, is biased clockwise in FIG. 5 by a spring 31, and is biased clockwise in FIG. It is prevented from rotating clockwise from its position. The opening degree of the backflow prevention damper 28 is maintained at a position that balances the biasing force of the spring 31 and the delicate dynamic pressure that presses the inside of the damper case 25 in the direction of the arrow in the figure.

An eighth embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 15 and 16.
Shown below. The eighth embodiment is an example in which the air supply duct guided to each seat 2 is made expandable and retractable when the seat 2 is moved back and forth. That is, a connecting duct 82 extends from the air conditioning unit on the heater unit side provided at the front of the vehicle to each seat 2, and a convex portion of an L-shaped intermediate duct 84 is inserted into a recess 82a formed at the end of each connecting duct 82. 84a is rotatably fitted, one end 86a of a second L-shaped intermediate duct 86 is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the other end 84b so as to be expandable and retractable in the axial direction, and the convex portion 86b on the other end side is inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the other end 84b. It is rotatably attached to a recess 88a of a duct 88 on the damper case side attached to the damper case 2. Thereby, the duct 88 is movable to the left and right in FIG. 15 with respect to the connection duct 82 and in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the vehicle air conditioner of the present invention, the temperature, humidity, air volume, etc. desired by the occupant can be independently set by the operation of the occupant in each seat of the vehicle. Because the configuration allows for a comfortable driving experience by supplying air at the temperature, humidity, and air volume according to the passenger's wishes, it also eliminates the need to consume more driving force than is necessary, which reduces the energy source. This has the effect of reducing costs.
