(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a landing mat used in official gymnastics competitions and practices. (Prior technology) Conventionally, this type of landing mat has been constructed by installing a thick, soft urethane foam under a slightly hard foam sheet, and applying a foam foam edge material to maintain the shape around the periphery. It is known that a cushion material is formed by covering the upper surface with a carpet and the rest with a cover (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-66358). (Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional landing mat, the slightly harder foam sheet is thinner than the urethane foam underneath, and the urethane foam itself is too thick, so it can easily withstand repeated use. In addition to being damaged in a short period of time, the urethane foam is too soft to allow for a stable landing, and the thin yet hard foam sheet, along with the hard carpet on top, can cause pain to the performer during an unexpected fall or landing. The problem was that it gave The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. The upper layer is made by joining the ~40 times foamed material and the lower 10 to 20 times foamed material, and the upper layer has a foam material with a density of 47 to 53 Kg/m 3 and a density of 22 to 26
By mutually bonding the lower layer with Kg/m 3 foam, the upper layer significantly improves the durability of the softer lower layer and protects various parts of the body in the event of an accidental fall. It suppresses the impact within safe limits and absorbs the instantaneous impact upon landing, eliminating the sensation of pain and improving landing safety. It also improves the dispersion of the impact load upon landing to the lower layer and localizes it. To provide a landing mat for gymnastics which prevents sinking, gives a feeling of being caught on the surface, allows the soles of the feet to fluff up, improves landing safety, and has excellent safety and durability. (Means for Solving the Problems) The means for achieving the above object of the present invention includes a unit layer in which an upper layer made of a closed-cell foam material and a lower layer made of an open-cell foam material are bonded together. In the landing mat for gymnastics, the landing mat has at least one layer, and the entire unit layer is surrounded by a cover sheet provided with a ventilation means on the peripheral side, the thickness of the lower layer being equal to or less than the thickness of the upper layer; The layers are from above
Each layer consisting of a 20 to 40 times foamed foam material and a 10 to 20 times foamed foam material is bonded, and the lower layer is made of a foamed material with a density of 47 to 53 kg/m 3 and a foamed material with a density of 22 to 26 kg/m 3 from above.
This is a landing mat for gymnastics, characterized in that it is constructed by bonding layers made of foamed material. (Function) The effect of the above means is to mainly ensure landing stability by the upper layer made of a hard closed-cell foam material, and to ensure landing safety by the lower layer made of a soft open-cell foam material. At the same time, the foam material above the upper layer, which is 20 to 40 times more foamed, suppresses the shock to various parts of the body in the event of an unexpected fall to within safe limits, and also absorbs the instantaneous shock upon landing, reducing the sensation of pain. The foam layer, which is 10-20 times more foamed than the upper layer, effectively prevents the sole of the foot from sinking and improves the stability of landing on the surface, and further increases the thickness of the lower layer to the thickness of the upper layer. The density below the lower layer is 22 to 26 to minimize the wobbling when landing from a high place.
The foam layer with a density of 47-53 kg/m 3 instantly absorbs the shock when landing, softening the shock on the body and preventing injury, and the foam layer with a density of 47-53 kg/m 3 above the bottom layer By enclosing it with a cover sheet, it protects the lower layer, which is relatively susceptible to damage, and improves durability. (Example) Hereinafter, an example of the landing mat for gymnastics of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of the first embodiment of the landing mat for gymnastics of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along the - line in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view corresponding to Fig. 2 of the second embodiment. It is. The landing mat 1 shown in Figure 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped used in combination with balance beam and uneven bars competitions.
It is a landing mat with dimensions of 2 m x 3 m x 12 cm, and the entire outer periphery is surrounded by a cover sheet 2 made of vinyl chloride using a base fabric made of synthetic fiber. cover sheet 2
The three side parts 2a, 2b, and 2c are configured to be openable and closable by fasteners 3 and are breathable, and the remaining side part 2d is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 4. A female joint tape 6a is attached to one edge of the upper surface, and a male joint tape 6b is attached to the other edge. As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional structure of the landing mat 1 of this embodiment is that the cover sheet 2 includes an upper layer 10 made of slightly harder closed-cell polyethylene foam and a layer 10 of approximately the same thickness as the upper layer 10. The unit layer 5 is formed by bonding a lower layer 20 made of open-celled polyurethane foam with a synthetic adhesive, and the two layers are bonded together and housed. The upper layer 10 further includes a first layer 11 and a second layer 1 made of 30 times expanded polyethylene foam with a thickness of 10 mm and a thickness of 15 mm, which are bonded to each other.
2 (equivalent to Furukawa Form Ace S3000), and a third layer 13 (equivalent to Furukawa Form Ace S1500) made of a 5 mm thick 15 times expanded polyethylene foam material bonded to the lower part of the second layer 12. ing. This slightly hard upper layer 10 of closed cells
This disperses the impact load upon landing on the soft lower layer 20, prevents local sinking, provides a feeling of being caught on a surface, and ensures landing stability. The first layer 11 and the second layer 12 absorb the instantaneous shock upon landing and eliminate the feeling of pain. In particular, the hard third layer 13 made of 15 times more foam effectively prevents the soles of the feet from sinking and improves the stability of landing on the surface. The first and second layers 11 and 12 above the third layer 13, which have an intermediate softness and are bonded together to improve durability, are designed to protect against the risk of unexpectedly landing on something other than the foot. In the event of a fall, the shock to each part of the body is suppressed within safe limits. These first and second layers 11 and 12 can also be combined into one layer. Incidentally, the physical properties of the foams used for the first, second and third layers according to JIS K6767 are as shown in the table below.

[Table] In the embodiment of the upper layer 10, the first and second
Layers 11 and 12 are made of 30 times more foamed material, but 20 to 40 times more foamed material can also be used, and 10 to 20 times more foamed material can also be used for the third layer 13. . Furthermore, in terms of materials, it is also possible to use EVA resin foam laminated with two types of hardness. The lower layer 20 further includes mutually bonded 15 mm thick rubber tactile foam (Toyo Soflan).

[Table] In this example, two 60 mm thick unit layers 5 are bonded together to form a 120 mm thick mat 1 (FIG standard balance beam, uneven parallel bars, women's vault, parallel bars, pommel horse). However, the other unit layer 5 is one-phase 60mm thick pine (mat used in stacking), three-layer 180mm thick pine (FIG standard hanging ring, horizontal bar, landing pine for men's vault competition). It is of course possible to configure it as The unit layer 5 has the characteristic that it does not cause any change in the feeling of landing when used as a single-layer mat, when used in two or three layers, when used as a two-layer mat, or when used as a three-layer mat. This allows athletes to perform all gymnastics events under the same landing conditions. By the way, the unit layer (60mm thickness) in this example
The measurement results of physical properties according to JIS K-6767 are as follows. Compression hardness 0.05Kg/cm 2 Compression set 0.6% Cyclic compression set 1.7% (Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the landing mat for gymnastics of the present invention, the lower layer of soft open-cell foam material By making the thickness less than the thickness of the upper layer of slightly harder closed-cell foam material, it is possible to obtain mainly landing stability, that is, the feeling of being received as a surface, and freedom of movement for the next movement. In addition, the foam material layer, which is 20 to 40 times more foamed, protects against accidental falls and alleviates the pain caused by the instantaneous impact upon landing, improving landing safety. The foam layer improves the dispersion of the impact load to the lower layer when landing, prevents local sinking, and gives a feeling of being caught on the surface, further improving landing stability.
The 22-26Kg/ m3 foam layer instantly absorbs the shock when landing, softening the shock on the body, protecting the lower legs, knees, and lower back joints to prevent injury. A foam layer with a density of 47-53Kg/ m3 can eliminate the feeling of bottoming out. Furthermore, by bonding the slightly harder upper layer to a thickness greater than that of the soft lower layer, local sinking of the lower layer is prevented and load distribution is improved, increasing the durability and resilience of the lower layer. can be improved.
