2. Description of the Related Art Generally, in a waste treatment facility, treatment facilities are installed for various systems, such as those for bulky waste and those for incombustibles. Normally, each system of these processing facilities is set up independently in order to make processing work more efficient, and waste is directly input from a truck or the like into a waste receiving hopper installed at the starting point of each system's processing facility. It is now possible to do so.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, when waste is transported to a treatment facility, the types of waste loaded on trucks, etc. may be only non-combustible garbage, only bulky garbage, or a mixture of these. In many cases, it is not known at the time of delivery, and it is not always easy to sort them out immediately. In addition, if one system is in process of processing and the receiving hopper is full, if the same type of waste continues to arrive there, it will not be possible to immediately dump the waste from the trucks, etc. into the receiving hopper, and the trucks, etc. will take a long time. have to wait an hour. Furthermore, even if the waste has been sorted and thrown into the receiving hopper, but the sorting is not appropriate, once the waste has been thrown in, it will be directly sent to an inappropriate treatment facility.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides at least two systems of processing equipment for processing each type of waste, such as non-combustible garbage and bulky garbage, and provides processing equipment for each system. The target waste can be directly thrown into the receiving hopper at the starting position, and a receiving apron conveyor that can be operated in forward and reverse directions is installed at the upper stage of the receiving hopper and the hopper, and the waste to be thrown into this apron conveyor is connected to both hoppers. This is a waste treatment method in which the types of waste are sorted on this conveyor and processed by the optimal treatment system.

According to the above method of the present invention, when the type of waste is unknown, it can be thrown onto the upper receiving apron conveyor, the contents of which can be sorted, and the waste can be reliably transferred to the most suitable treatment system. When the content of waste is known in advance, it can be directly thrown into the receiving hopper of each treatment system. However, the processing equipment of the system to which the product is to be input may be full, and in this case as well, the upper receiving apron conveyor can be used. Therefore, the collection vehicles are not kept waiting for a long time, and the processing work is carried out extremely efficiently.

[0011] In such waste treatment facilities, waste is treated as follows. First, when it is clearly known in advance whether the content of the waste is non-combustible garbage or bulky garbage, the collection vehicle rubbish,
Or throw in bulky garbage. However, there are cases where it is not clear which system should be used to treat the contents of the waste. In this case, the waste is once placed into the receiving hopper 1. The thrown waste is visually judged by a worker near this hopper 1 to determine whether it is non-combustible waste or bulky waste, and if the result of the judgment is non-combustible waste, it is transferred to the receiving apron to the upper system in Figure 1. The conveyor 2 is operated to transfer to the receiving hopper 3 of this system.

Furthermore, even if the contents of the waste are known in advance, the receiving hopper of the system to which the waste belongs may be full. Even in this case, the waste can be temporarily thrown into the waste receiving hopper 1. If the work of the system to which it belongs progresses while it is waiting in receiving hopper 1, then receiving hopper 1
The waste stored in the system will be transferred to one of the systems and work will continue. Therefore, in this case as well, the work becomes extremely smooth and efficient.

[Effects] As explained in detail above, the treatment method of the present invention has at least two systems of waste treatment equipment, and a receiving apron conveyor installed in the upper stage that can be operated in forward and reverse directions.
Since waste is selectively transferred to the processing equipment of each system, even if the contents of the waste are unknown, the waste can be sorted on the receiving apron conveyor and transferred to the most suitable processing system. Even if the contents of the processing system are known, it is possible to have the processing system stand by on the receiving apron when one processing system is full, which has the advantage of greatly improving work efficiency.
