Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate imbalance of gas flow, an increase in pressure loss of gas flow caused by scale and blowoff of untreated gas due to corrosion opening of a partition plate by intermittently or continuously jetting water on the surface of the partition plate above the liquid surface of the partition plate. CONSTITUTION:Parts of splashes generated when untreated exhaust gas A gets in under the lower end 6 of a partition plate 5 and when treated exhaust gas A' gets out of the liquid surface 4 of washing liquid B stick respectively to an inlet side face 7 and an outlet side face 8 of the partition plate 5. To wash out the attached splashes, sprayers 9 whose openings 10 are opposite to the inlet side face 7 and to the outlet side face 8 of the partition plate 5 respectively are provided. Washing water C delivered through piping 13 is intermittently or continuously jetted from the openings 10 of the sprayers 9 to the inlet side face 7 and the outlet side face 8 of the partition plate 5.

[Prior Art] Figure 5 shows one aspect of a conventional wet flue gas desulfurization system.
The explanation will be based on. In FIG. 5, untreated exhaust gas A is introduced from one side of the flue divided by a partition plate 2 that blocks the flue 1, and is passed under the lower end 3 of the partition plate 2 to be cleaned by being brought into gas-liquid contact with cleaning liquid B. , and is exhausted from above the liquid level on the other flue side, and is exhausted as treated exhaust gas.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As described above, a part of the splash of cleaning liquid generated when untreated gas passes through the lower end of the partition plate adheres to the inlet side surface of the partition plate, and the gas A part of the splash of the cleaning liquid generated when the cleaning liquid passes through the lower end of the partition plate and exits from the inside of the cleaning liquid adheres to the exit side surface of the partition plate. The adhesion splash bounces up during the generation process and has different heights and directions, so it adheres over a relatively wide area. These deposited splashes grow and solidify over time to form scales, causing problems such as unbalanced gas flow, increased pressure loss, and corrosion of the partition plate, causing gas to blow through from the corroded openings.

[Function] Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the splash generated when exhaust gas passes through the lower part of the partition plate can wash away the substances adhering to the surface of the partition plate intermittently or continuously. By driving the parts, it is possible to deal with splash adhesion over a wide range.

[Example] One embodiment of the present invention will be explained using FIGS. 1 to 4. FIG. 1 is an embodiment diagram for explaining the positioning of the present invention as a whole. In FIG. 1, the untreated exhaust gas A from the inlet flue 1 is at a pressure level of 3' of the cleaning liquid when no gas is flowing.
is pushed down to the liquid level 3, passes through the lower end 6 of the partition plate 5, undergoes gas-liquid contact treatment with the cleaning liquid B, exits from the liquid level 4 on the outlet flue 2 side, passes through the outlet flue 2, and becomes treated exhaust gas A'. However, part of the splash generated when the untreated exhaust gas A sneaks under the lower end 6 of the partition plate 5 and when the treated exhaust gas A' escapes from the liquid level 4 is generated on the inlet side surface 7 and the outlet side of the partition plate 5, respectively. It adheres to the surface 8. In order to wash away the deposited splash, an opening 10 is provided on the inlet surface 7 of the partition plate.
and outlet side surface 8 are provided with fountains 9 facing each other. Cleaning water C is sent from the opening 10 of the water fountain 9 through the pipe 13 intermittently or continuously to the partition plate 5.
is injected toward the inlet side surface 7 and the outlet side surface 8 of. In addition, in the figure, 11 is a driver of the partition plate, and 12 is a seal.
