    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流路に沿つて枢支された支持軸２に羽根車３が
    回転可能に取り付けられ、上流側に流れを旋回さ
    せて螺旋流となすねじれ羽根４を設けた回転式の
    流量センサー１であつて、前記羽根車３に羽根部
    ３１が軸に平行に成形され、該羽根部３１の上流
    側の先端片側の隅角を軸方向および周方向に対し
    傾斜し、螺旋流に対してその進入角が大となる傾
    斜面３１３を形成してなる流量センサー。
