Generally, an endoscope has an operating section 1 as shown in FIG.
and an insertion section 2 whose proximal end is connected to this operation section 1.
It consists of. The insertion section 2 has a distal end component 5 provided at the distal end of a flexible section 3 via a curved tube section 4, and the curved tube section 4 can be bent by an operation knob 6 provided on the operation section 1. It is becoming possible to do this. Further, although the flexible portion 3 cannot be bent like the bending tube portion 4, it has a structure that can be bent freely.

As a prior art showing such a structure of the insertion portion 2, there is Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-19201. In other words, the conventional insertion section 2 has a flex 7 as a core constituting the flexible section 3, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11.
and joint rings 9a, 9b, . The above-mentioned flex 7 has a large number of spirals 7a, 7 constituting it.
b, . . . are continuous along the axial direction with gaps g at predetermined intervals, and the joint rings 9a, 9b, . . . are similarly connected along the axial direction with gaps g at predetermined intervals. In addition, the flex 7 and joint rings 9a, 9
A reticular tube 11 is fitted onto the outer periphery of each of the reticular tubes b, . Further, one end of each mesh tube 11 located on the coupling tube 10 side is soldered to the outer circumferential surface of the helix 7a at the distal end of the flex 7 and the joint ring 9a located at the proximal end of the curved tube section 4. A fixed portion 13 is fixedly fixed over the entire length of these in the axial direction.

However, with such a structure, especially when the curved tube section 4 is greatly curved as shown in FIG. 11 does not rise from its joint ring 9a at all. As a result, the vicinity of the fixed portion 13 of the reticular tube 11 is strongly rubbed by the end surface of the joint ring 9b adjacent to the proximal joint ring 9a on the inside and outside of the curve, or the area between the end surfaces of the pair of joint rings 9a and 9b is rubbed strongly. The joint rings 9a and 9b tend to strongly interfere with the mesh tube 11, such as when the mesh tube 11 enters and is compressed. As a result, the reticular tube 1
1 is damaged, the wire constituting it may protrude from the outer skin 12, or the joint ring 9 may be damaged due to the frictional force caused by the interference.

With this device, when the insertion section is bent, the curved tube formed by connecting multiple joint rings and the mesh tube that covers the outer periphery of the curved tube and is fixed to the proximal end of the curved tube strongly interfere with each other. However, it is an object of the present invention to provide an insertion portion of an endoscope that prevents damage to the reticular tube.

This device fixes a curved tube formed by connecting a plurality of joint rings to a reticular tube that covers the outer peripheral surface of the curved tube, by fixing the distal end side of the outer periphery of the joint ring on the proximal end of the curved tube in the axial direction. This is an insertion part of an endoscope that is firmly attached to the reticular tube to prevent damage to the reticular tube.

1 and 2 show a first embodiment of this invention. In this embodiment, one end of each reticular tube 11 located on the coupling tube 10 side is curved with the spiral 7a at the tip of the flex 7. Joint ring 9a on the proximal end side of the tube portion 4
The entire length of the outer periphery in the axial direction is not fixed, and only about half of the outer circumference on the side of the coupling tube 10 is a fixed part 13, and the remaining half is a non-fixed part 15. In other words, the non-fixed portion 15 is attached to the reticular tube 11 such as the flex 7 and the joint ring 9.
a, 9b, . . . constitutes a protection means for preventing interference.

According to such a structure, when the curved tube section 4 is greatly curved as shown in FIG.
is raised from the non-fixed portion 15 of the joint ring 9a. Therefore, the mesh tube 11 is rubbed by the joint ring 9b connected to the joint ring 9a, or is squeezed by entering between the end faces of the joint rings 9a, 9b, etc. 9b. Therefore, interreticular 1
1 will not be damaged, and the bending operability of the bending tube portion 4 will not be impaired due to friction between the mesh tube 11 and the joint ring 9b.

Figures 3 and 4 show the second embodiment of this invention.
In this embodiment, the mesh tube 11 on the side of the curved tube section 4 is extended to the outer peripheral surface of the large diameter section 16 that is externally connected to the joint tube 10 of the joint ring 9a on the proximal end side, and only the portion of this large diameter section 16 is extended. is fixed with solder to form a fixed part 13,
A portion corresponding to the small diameter portion 17 of the joint ring 9a;
A portion corresponding to the boundary portion 18 between the large diameter portion 16 and the small diameter portion 17 was defined as the non-fixed portion 15. Note that the flexible portion 3 side has the same structure as the first embodiment.

According to such a structure, when the curved tube part 4 is bent as shown in FIG. Since it is largely separated from the outer circumferential surface of the joint ring 9b next to the diameter, the mesh tube 11
is less likely to be interfered with by the joint rings 9a, 9b.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of this invention, which is almost similar to the second embodiment, except that the joint ring 9
A groove 19 is formed along the entire length on the outer circumferential surface of the end of the large diameter section 16 near the small diameter section 17 of a, and when the reticular tube 11 is soldered to the large diameter section 16, the solder flows toward the small diameter section 17 side. This is prevented by the groove 19. According to such a structure, the non-fixed portion 15 can be reliably formed.

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of this invention. In this embodiment, instead of the groove 19 of the third embodiment, a protrusion 20 is provided on the entire outer circumferential surface of the large diameter part 16, and this protrusion 20 allows the solder to pass through the small diameter part. This prevented it from flowing to the 17 side.

FIG. 7 shows a fifth embodiment of this invention, in which a ring 21 is fitted onto the boundary 18 between the large diameter part 16 and the small diameter part 17 of the joint ring 9a.
This prevents the solder from flowing to the small diameter portion 17 side.

FIG. 8 shows a sixth embodiment of this invention, in which molybdenum disulfide,
A surface treatment portion 22 is provided as a protection means by a dry film of a solid lubricant such as tungsten disulfide, ethylene tetrafluoride, boron nitride, graphite fluoride, polyphenylene sulfide or silicon nitride,
This surface treatment portion 22 prevented solder from adhering.

As mentioned above, this invention aims at fixing the curved tube formed by connecting a plurality of joint rings to the reticular tube that covers the outer peripheral surface of the curved tube. It stuck except for the tip side. Therefore, the portion of the reticulated tube near the area fixed to the curved tube may be strongly rubbed by the curved tube, or
Since there is no possibility of being pinched, there are advantages such as not only being able to prevent damage to the reticular tube, but also allowing smooth bending of the curved tube.
