In this method, tiles are buried with iron pieces biased toward the back side, laid flat, and transported by a conveyor.A disk is provided that rotates above the conveyor, and a magnet is attached to the periphery of this disk. The tiles are attracted from the conveyor by the attraction between the iron piece of the tiles and the magnet of the disc, and the tiles are transferred by a guide plate onto the conveyor toward the alignment mechanism.

At this time, it is necessary to attract and hold the tile with the front side facing down, so it is necessary to bias the iron piece to the back side of the tile, and in that case, the front side of the tile passing under the disk will If it is facing upward, it will not be attracted to the disk's magnet. For this reason, a paragraph reversal section is provided that uses the steps to turn over the tiles. This paragraph reversal section automatically flips the tiles, attracts them to another disk's magnet, and transports them by a guide plate onto a conveyor heading toward the alignment mechanism. It was designed so that

However, in the automatic mahjong table described above, after stirring the tiles, in order to transfer the tiles to the conveyor that goes to the alignment mechanism, the tiles must first be placed in a prone state, and the tiles must be placed in a prone state. However, only disks with the back side facing upward are attracted, and disks with the front side facing upward pass through the conveyor, are reversed by the stage reversing section, and are attracted to the next disk. As described above, the automatic mahjong table as described above requires a mechanism for placing the tiles in a lying position, and also requires a paragraph reversal section and a second disk.

The magnet 38 of the rotating member 36 is arranged so that the back side of the tile 14 is attracted to the lower surface of the magnet 38 of the rotating member 36.
Decide the polarity of each magnet 38, 24 of 6 and tile 14,
In addition, the tile standby magnet 46 is connected to the rotating body 2.
The polarity of this magnet 46 and the magnet 24 of the tile 14 is determined so that the surface on the 8 side and the back surface of the tile 14 are attracted to each other. For example, if the front side of the magnet 24 of the tile 14 is the N pole and the back side is the S pole, the bottom side of the magnet 38 of the rotating member 36 and the magnet 46
and the surface on the rotating body 28 side are respectively designated as north poles. It is also possible to reverse the above N and S poles. In addition, magnet 4 for waiting tiles
Tile 1 must be placed on the surface of rotating body 28 in 6.
There is no need to arrange it so that the back side of 4 is attracted.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention does not require the tiles to be in a prone state, and no matter what state the tiles are in, the tiles are reliably attracted to the rotating member via the tile standby magnet. There is no need to provide a mechanism for reversing the tiles, and the front and back sides of the tiles can be sorted and taken in from the tile stirring means and transferred to the tile stacking means. Therefore, the mechanism is simple and economical. Especially in such automatic mahjong tables,
Since the overall size is approximately fixed, a simple mechanism is advantageous in manufacturing.

In particular, a magnet is placed below the rotating member of the tile takeout means to attract the tiles on the rotating body and keep them on standby, so the tiles attracted here are likely to be attracted to the magnet of the rotating member , tiles can be taken out more efficiently and reliably. As a result, tiles can be stacked on two levels in a short time, leading to labor savings.
