The present invention relates to purified pollen nutritional preparations. [0002] As pollen, there are wind-pollinated pollen and insect-pollinated pollen, that is, nectar source pollen.
It is a highly nutritious material containing various types of vitamins, 22 types of amino acids, 27 types of minerals, 94 types of enzymes, nucleic acids, etc., and is essentially a complete food with nutritional value equal to or greater than royal jelly. . [0003] However, this pollen is difficult to digest in the human body because it is covered with a hard shell wall, and not much nutrition is absorbed into the human body. [0004] Therefore, by crushing and refining the shell wall of nectar source pollen,
Purified pollen with improved absorption efficiency in the human body has been proposed. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, although this purified pollen has improved digestion and absorption in the human body, the purified pollen that has been produced does not undergo many treatments, such as natural fire. It was found that most of the vitamins contained in it had been lost due to drying, crushing, and other treatments. That is, although purified pollen is highly absorbable by the human body, there is a problem in that it has almost no vitamins and cannot exhibit its efficacy as a complete food. [0006] Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a purified pollen nutritional preparation that uses purified pollen and can restore the efficacy of nectar pollen as a complete food. Another object of the present invention is to provide a more complete purified pollen nutritional preparation by using purified pollen and adding a predetermined amount of vitamins mainly required for adults. It is something to do. [Means for Solving the Problems] The first invention of the present application is that among the vitamins that are reduced before refining nectar pollen, especially vitamin B group is used to smoothly carry out various metabolic functions of the human body. It was invented by focusing on its great function as a coenzyme that helps the function of enzymes, and is a purified pollen nutritional preparation using purified pollen produced by crushing and refining the shell wall of nectar pollen. Among the vitamins that are reduced during the process of refining nectar source pollen into purified pollen, at least the main vitamins of the vitamin B group are added in the reduced amount. . Here, the vitamin B group refers to vitamin B1
, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, and does not necessarily need to contain all of them. [0009] The amount of vitamins to be added is determined in consideration of the fact that the reduction rate up to purification is usually 30 to 70%. [0010] In addition to vitamin B group, the above nutritional preparation contains
It is desirable that vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, and folic acid are further added. [0011] It is desirable that the above nutritional preparation further contains amino acids. As the amino acid, it is desirable to use free essential amino acids. [0012] It is desirable that the above nutritional preparation further contains carbohydrates and minerals. As the carbohydrate, it is desirable to use one or a combination of carbohydrates that are easily digestible and absorbable, such as soluble polysaccharides (dextrin) and glucose, which can quickly become an energy source. In addition, minerals include iron salts such as ferrous sulfate, sodium citric acid succinate-iron salts, copper salts such as copper sulfate, zinc salts and chlorides such as zinc sulfate and zinc chloride, manganese salts such as manganese acetate,
Cobalt salts such as cobalt acetate, potassium salts and iodides such as potassium iodide and potassium carbonate, magnesium salts and chlorides such as magnesium chloride, calcium salts and phosphates such as calcium glycerophosphate, calcium acetate, and calcium chloride are used. . [0013] The purified pollen nutritional preparation according to the second invention of the present application was invented in consideration of the daily requirements of Japanese adult males compiled by the Chemical Technology Agency, and is made by crushing the shell wall of nectar source pollen. It is characterized in that the following weight of vitamins is added to 1.2g to 5g of purified pollen produced by purification. vitamin

It is desirable that carbohydrates and minerals are further added to the above nutritional preparation. The same carbohydrates and minerals as those used in the first invention can be used. It is desirable that carbohydrates be adjusted to 5 to 15% by weight of the entire nutritional preparation, and minerals to be adjusted to 0.5 to 3% by weight of the entire nutritional preparation. The purified pollen nutritional preparation of the present invention is mixed and prepared in powder form, and when ingested, it is taken as it is, filled into capsules, or dissolved in water, milk, modified milk, etc. Effects and Effects of the Invention In the present invention, among the vitamins that have been reduced in purified pollen, at least B group vitamins that act strongly as coenzymes are added, so it can be used as a complete food source of nectar pollen. Therefore, it is especially effective for chronic diseases caused by enzyme defects (insufficiency or deficiency) in the human body. [0018] Furthermore, by adding other vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and carbohydrates in addition to vitamin B group,
Extremely superior effects that cannot be obtained by consuming a single group,
For example, biological defense (allergy reduction, immune activation, lymphatic system stimulation), disease prevention (hypertension prevention, diabetes prevention, antitumor, cholesterol control, blood increase function adjustment), physical condition regulation (nervous system (central) regulation, nervous system (peripheral) regulation), etc. [Embodiments] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below. Example 1 A purified pollen nutritional preparation was prepared by uniformly mixing 100 g of purified pollen and 7.714 mg of B group vitamins having the composition shown below. Vitamin B

14 μg [0021] The weight of the vitamin B group mentioned above is the weight per 100 g of purified pollen. In addition, the weight of the vitamin B group mentioned above is 11.02 mg contained in 10 g of nectar pollen.
Since the amount lost before purification is 30 to 70%, it is thought that a maximum of 7.1 mg is lost until purification, and the value was set based on this. Example 2 100g of purified pollen and vitamin group 1 with the following composition

[0023]The weights of the above vitamins are based on 100g of purified pollen. In addition, the weight of the above vitamin group is 156.04 mg contained in 100 g of nectar pollen, and the amount lost before refining is 30 to 70%, so the approximate maximum amount is 156.04 mg before refining. It is thought that 109 mg is lost and the setting was based on that. Example 3 A purified pollen nutritional preparation was prepared by uniformly mixing powders of 94.9% by weight of purified pollen, 0.1% by weight of the vitamin group and 5% by weight of the amino acid group having the following composition. vitamin
