However, with these conventional devices, the contact angle at which the spray liquid reaches the wall surface varies, and in particular, because the spray liquid is too close to perpendicular to the wall surface, the liquid that reaches the wall surface is reflected and is not sufficient. In addition, the cleaning liquid does not spread over the wall surface and its action is unstable, and since the cleaning liquid acts only intermittently at the same point on the wall surface, the flow of the cleaning liquid on the wall surface is not constant. In other words, it was developed in 1983 that a water sprinkling plate was installed at the water supply port, and water was ejected by colliding with the water sprinkling plate.
No. 159093, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1983-5275, and Publication No. 1983-
26880 and Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-82593, etc., but in both cases, most of the liquid that reaches the wall is reflected and falls from the wall, and as a result,
Conventional cleaning devices have the disadvantage that the cleaning action on the inner wall of the tank is unstable and a sufficiently good effect cannot be obtained, and that rust remains on the wall or new rust is generated again after removal.

Similarly, spray cleaning of rotating jetters is difficult to completely remove rust, and is not suitable for cleaning the inner walls of storage tanks such as ethylene oxide monomer, where the presence of iron rust is inconvenient. There was a problem with this method that made it unapplicable.

The present invention eliminates these conventional drawbacks and is a device that more accurately cleans the inner wall surface of a storage tank. The object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-handle and economical cleaning device that can remove rust and prevent rust formation by constantly supplying a cleaning liquid with a constant property to the inner wall surface of a tank.

For example, a small amount of the chemical cleaning solution containing ammonium citrate is stored at the bottom of a spherical tank 1, and a pipe 4 containing a pump (not shown) is connected to a manhole 1.
The cleaning liquid is set so as to circulate through the tank, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the nozzle 11 formed by the spray member 3 so as to contact the inner wall surface of the tank at a shallow angle. That is, the liquid that has reached the spray member 3 through the cleaning liquid supply conduit 2 is press-fitted into the bottomed cylinder 12 and is rectified.
From a slit-shaped nozzle 11 formed between the guide plate 5 and the guide plate 5, the liquid is guided upward to the guide plate 5, spreads around the entire circumference, and is ejected in a film form onto the inner wall of the tank, supplying the liquid to the ceiling. A portion of the liquid is dispersed upward and covers the inner wall of the tank from the ceiling, creating an even flow around the entire circumference and ensuring a sufficient amount of liquid flow to the downstream wall for efficient cleaning.

An example in which the present invention is applied to a spherical tank will be explained with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, the cleaning liquid injected into the spherical tank 1 flows steadily and steadily onto the inner wall of the tank. In order to form a liquid film, a spray member 3 is removably connected in communication with the end of a conduit 2 for supplying cleaning liquid introduced into the tank 1 from a manhole 1 1 at the top of the tank 1. It has been done. That is, in order to form a steady and stable falling liquid film of the cleaning liquid on the inner surface of the spherical tank, it is necessary to apply an injection pressure of 1 to 5 Kgf at the upper part of the tank 1 , close to the tank inner wall surface at the neck of the manhole 11. The purpose can be achieved by spraying the liquid at a pressure of about /cm 2 , but in order to obtain an even falling film of cleaning liquid over the entire circumference of the tank, it is necessary to The member 3 is equipped with a nozzle 11 formed by a ring-shaped guide plate 5 and a bottomed cylinder 12, as shown in FIG.
A bottomed cylindrical body 12 formed of an annular plate with an upward slope at an angle α of ~30 degrees and facing the guide plate 5 with a gap is supported by a support shaft 10,
The nozzle 11 is positioned approximately 10 to 20 mm closer to the center than the starting point of the tip end inclination of the guide plate 5.

This invention is equipped with a tubular spray member in the conduit for supplying cleaning liquid introduced into the tank from the manhole at the top of the tank, and the tip is attached to the end of the tubular spray member at an upward slope of 10 to 30 degrees. A ring-shaped guide plate with α is provided, and a bottomed cylinder is disposed opposite to the guide plate via a support shaft provided on a support seat for fixing the tubular spray member. The nozzle is formed in the slit-like gap between the guide plate and placed close to the spherical inner wall of the tank ceiling, allowing the cleaning liquid to be sprayed evenly, steadily, and stably from the top of the tank to the entire circumference of the inner wall of the tank. This system forms a liquid film and allows it to clean the entire inner wall surface, including the ceiling. The structure is simple, there is no driving part, the flow rate can be changed by adjusting the nozzle opening, and the tank has a shape. It is also possible to fine-tune the injection angle to suit the needs of the tank, maintain an appropriate liquid supply state, and chemically clean the inside of the tank, which is economical and easy to install.
