き場所と天井とを往復しなければならないだけで
なく天井板5を支えながら釘打ちしなければなら
ないため一人の作業員では行なうことができない

廻り縁である。廻り縁2は第4図に示すように断
面コ字状であり、下横片3の先端より上方に軟質
塩化ビニル樹脂のような合成樹脂製の当接片9を
延出しており当接片9の先端が天井板5に弾接す
るようにしている。廻り縁2の相対向する下横片
3の側端部の一定巾を切欠いて天井板端部挿入用
切欠4を設けている。この実施例では廻り縁2の
天井板端部挿入用切欠4に隣接する下横片3の全
長も切欠いて天井板5の挿入をより容易にできる
ようにしている。この天井板端部挿入用切欠4に
第3図に示すように天井板5の端部を挿入して天
井板5を横方向にスライドさせて天井板5の端部
を廻り縁2のコ字状部6に嵌め込んで天井板5を
仮置きする。この後釘打ちして仮置きした天井板
5を天井野縁8に固定する。この作業を順次繰り
返し最後の一枚の天井板を施工した後、天井板端
部挿入用切欠4に略L字状の補助廻り縁7を嵌め
込む。すなわち天井板端部挿入用切欠4部分の廻
り縁2の縦片10には第5図に示すように下方に
開口した断面のこ刃状の受け部11を設け、この
受け部11に第6図に示すように補助廻り縁7の
断面のこ刃状の係合突片12を嵌め込んで補助廻
り縁7を天井板端部挿入用切欠4に深浅自在かつ
着脱自在に取付けている。なおこの実施例では天
井板5の端部を廻り縁2に嵌め込み、順次釘打ち
しているが、本発明にあつては最後の1枚を残し
てまずすべての天井板5を廻り縁2に嵌め込んだ
後に釘打ちを行なつて天井板を取付けてもよいも
のである。また上記実施例では天井板端部挿入用
切欠4を廻り縁2の下横片3の側端部を切欠いて
設けているが、本発明にあつては下横片のいずれ
の部分をも切欠いて天井板端部挿入用切欠を設け
てもよく、たとえば下横片の中央部を切欠いて設
けておけば、天井の中心からみて対称的に天井板
を取付けることができる。さらに下横片の切欠き
巾も取付ける天井板の巾よりも大きくしておくの
が、天井板の端部を挿入して廻り縁のコ字状部に
嵌め込みやすくなり好ましい。

ができ、施工性に優れたものであり、また天井板
端部挿入用切欠を廻り縁の下横片のいずれの部分
を切欠いて設けてもよく、たとえば中央部を切欠
くことにより天井の中心より天井板を対称的に取
付けることができるなど種々の施工方法を採用で
きて多様な模様を有する天井面を形成でき、しか
も最後の天井板を施工した後に天井板端部挿入用
切欠部分の廻り縁の縦片の下方に開口した断面の
こ刃状の受け部に、断面略L字状の補助廻り縁の
縦片の先端部の断面のこ刃状の係合突片を着脱自
在に取付ているので、施工後の外観も不自然さが
なく、しかも補助廻り縁を何ら特定の固着具等を
必要とすることなく、簡単且つ強固に取付けるこ
とができ、さらには補助廻り縁を着脱自在に取付
けているので解体に際しても補助廻り縁を取外す
ことにより各部材を破損することもなく簡単にで
きるものである。このように本発明の天井板の取
付け方法にあつては組立および解体が容易でしか
も外観も不自然さがないという利点を有する。
