Since the balcony is formed using roof beams capable of supporting the floor of the attic, the structure of the balcony can be simplified and construction efficiency can be improved. In addition, as the waterproof material, for example, a synthetic resin waterproof sheet such as vinyl chloride, or a synthetic rubber waterproof sheet is preferably used, which can improve the waterproofness of the balcony floor and also provide high heat insulation and nonflammability as a floor panel. Since lightweight concrete is used, it also helps improve fire resistance.

At the same time, a waterproof material 10 is placed on the upper surface of the floor panel P to form the floor D of the balcony C. In this example, a heat insulating flooring material is used between the floor panel P and the waterproof material 10 using a heat insulating material such as a plastic foam such as polyethylene, polyethylene, or polyurethane foam, or an inorganic fiber material such as glass fiber or rock wool. 16 is interposed, and a noncombustible material such as a gypsum board or an asbestos board is laminated on the heat insulating material 16. Therefore, the balcony floor D has high heat insulation properties and noncombustibility due to the lightweight concrete, the heat insulating floor material 16, and noncombustible materials. In addition, as the waterproofing material 10, a synthetic resin waterproofing sheet such as vinyl chloride, a synthetic rubber waterproofing sheet, etc. are preferably used to improve the waterproofness of the balcony floor D.

る。Effects of the Invention As described above, the structure of the roof balcony of the present invention is such that the balcony floor is formed by the floor panels spanned over the main rails fixed to the roof beams, and the edges of the interrupted parts of the sloping roof are connected. The inner wall, outer wall, and side wall form a balcony wall surface. Therefore, since the balcony is surrounded by walls on all sides, it can be used as a private space, and the attic can be more comfortable to live in.
