18,19は定電圧ダイオード、20は電流制限
回路、+E,−Eはしきい値電圧、I,I′は負
荷電流、Roは電流検出用抵抗、Vsは基準電圧
、Vzは負荷9の両端間に発生する一定電圧、V
ro,Vro′は変換電圧、Vo,Vo′は比較
出力電圧である。

Claims (1)

ス電流を制御する誤差増幅器とを備えた定電圧送
出手段を有し、 かつ、上記トランジスタから電圧出力路を介し
て負荷側に流れる電流を電圧に変換する電流検出
用抵抗と、接地に対して同抵抗に発生する正もし
くは負の上記変換電圧を上記負荷側の許容最大電
流から換算した正もしくは負のしきい値電圧と比
較し該しきい値電圧を超えたとき出力を発する2
つの増幅器と、同増幅器の出力にてそれぞれオン
に駆動され、上記誤差増幅器と上記トランジスタ
間のバイアス電流路を接地側へ閉成してそのバイ
アス電流を分流させることにより上記トランジス
タの流出電流増加を阻止する2つの電流制限用ト
ランジスタとを備えた定電圧装置の電流制限回路
において、 上記負のしきい値電圧を有する一方の増幅器と
同増幅器の負の電源電圧間、及び上記正のしきい
値電圧を有する他方の増幅器と同増幅器の正の電
源電圧間には各々所定の電圧降下を発生させる定
電圧ダイオードが設けられていることを特徴とす
