In the case of gill netting, it is an extremely inefficient manual process in which threads are sequentially passed through the edges of the mesh, and the threads are tied to ropes at predetermined intervals while making predetermined knots in the mesh. Moreover, when the net is broken and removed, the tied portion must be cut with scissors, which is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task.

The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method by measuring the length of the thread and tying it to the rope at predetermined intervals, and by cutting the tied portion with scissors or the like when breaking the net and removing it. The purpose is to solve the problem that it takes time and effort to make points.

In order to eliminate the work of measuring and tying the thread to the rope at predetermined intervals, the rope member 1 has long loops and short loops adjacent to each other at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the braided rope. By using the rope member 3 having a small selvedge part as a connecting means with the netting member 2, there is no need to measure the length, and since the connecting means is a non-binding means, the trouble of tying the threads can be saved. I can do it. Also, when removing the mesh fabric, there is no need to cut the binding part with scissors, etc.
The rope member and the mesh member are made knotless so that they can be removed without damaging the rope.

Rope member 1 having long loops and short loops adjacent to each other at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of a braided rope
Since the long loops and short loops are attached at equal or arbitrary intervals, there is no need to measure the length again, and in the same way, the rope member 3, which has small ears as a connecting means, has small ears at equal or arbitrary intervals. , so there is no need to measure the length again. In the tailoring net of the present invention, which is more effectively connected to the net fabric member 2 by using these rope members 1 and 2, the rope member 3 having the small ears is inserted into the net fabric edge 7 of the net fabric member 2 in advance. Then, hook the ear part 6 of the rope member 3 and the tip of the long loop 4 of the rope member 1 to the short loop 5 of the rope member 1, and hook it to the ring-shaped part 8 of the protruding short loop 5. Pass through the tip of the next long loop 1' that is waiting just before, and continue to apply the same manual method as described above, but at this time, the mesh 9 of the mesh edge 7 near the ear part 6 of the rope member 3 When it is hooked onto the short loop 5, the mesh member 2, the rope member 1, and the rope member 2 are well fixed, making handling easier. In addition, since it becomes a knotless part as shown in Fig. 3, even if any one of the long loops 4, short loops 5, small ears 6, and fabric edges 7 that make up the tailoring net is damaged. ,
Even if one non-binding part stops functioning, the other non-binding parts will not function. Figure 4 shows the damaged state. In addition, since the present invention is constructed as described above, each horizontally suspended long loop 4 is branched out in the opposite direction as described above, and by immediately disengaging the rope member 1.
and a mesh member 2 including a rope member 3, and can be easily disassembled into the mesh member 2 and the rope member 3 by simply pulling out the rope member 3 from the mesh member 2. I can do it.

Since the present invention is a tailoring net having the above-mentioned configuration, the following effects can be expected. When the net fabric is damaged, it is easy to remove the net fabric, which saves labor and time, allowing for efficient work. By fixing a float or weight to each rope, it becomes possible to provide a tailored net with buoyancy and sinking force adjusted according to the conditions of the sea, lake, or river. In addition, several types of rope members with buoyancy and sinking force can be provided. 1, the same net member 2 can be used to replace the rope member 1, and fishing can be carried out in a multi-purpose location. Conversely, it is possible to select the type of fish by leaving the rope member 1 as it is and replacing the mesh of the netting member 2 with a larger one or a smaller one, making it possible to create a tailored net that can handle a wide variety of fish species in a very economical manner. can be manufactured.

The present invention eliminates the conventional mesh picking process by inserting the rope member 3 having small ears into the mesh member 2 in advance, so it is possible to make the mesh in a short time regardless of the size of the mesh. In the case of net fabrics using small, ultra-fine threads, it is possible to tailor the fabric in about 1/3 of the time required, making it possible to provide inexpensive tailored nets, and in addition, the time to replace the fabric fabric is 1/20th of the time required.
This makes it possible to effectively save labor, resources, and costs for fishery management. Also, in gillnet fishing, especially in the field where three-layer nets are used, two or more types of net fabrics with different meshes are used, so the short loop 5 of the rope member 1 is connected to the ear part 6 of the rope member 3. When hanging, if you hang the outer net above and below the inner net at the same time as the mesh of the inner net, you can attach three pieces together, a foot shelf, and a floating shelf at once. In this way, even in the case of a tailoring net in which a plurality of net fabric members 2 are attached simultaneously, the tailoring net can be completed in one process.

The rope member 1 has a diameter of 5 mm and the distance between the long loops 4 is 23.6 cm.The length of the long loops is preferably about 10% longer than the distance between the long loops, so it is set to 26 cm.
Its diameter was 2 mm, and the short loop 5 was located adjacent to the long loop (17.5 mm before the long loop 4), and the length of the short loop was approximately 2 cm. In order to use the same material as the loop, the diameter was 2 cm.

The rope member 3 has a small ear part 6 with a rope diameter of 3 mm.
The distance between the short loops of the rope member 1 is the same or slightly longer, so it is 24 cm.
The length of the net member 2 affects the gap between the net member 2 and the rope member 1, so it must be set depending on the purpose, but in this case it was set to 1 cm, and the diameter of the material was 1 mm. Next is the mesh member 2,
Six meshes of the 4.5-knot mesh were placed between the ear parts of the rope member 3. In addition, when making net fabric, attach the buoyant body to the rope on the floating shelf (top of the net fabric member), attach the sinking body to the rope on the foot shelf (bottom of the net fabric member),
Since it is necessary to maintain balance in the water, when carrying out the implementation, the rope member 1 is used for both the floating shelf and the foot shelf.
, and as a floating shelf, there is one at every three long loops.
A rope member 1 was prepared in advance, in which a buoyancy body with a buoyancy of 6 g was inserted, and a 50 g lead weight was inserted as a foot shelf at intervals of 2 long loops, and then the net fabric was made. The tailoring net of the present invention, which was constructed in this way, did not show any defects in underwater experiments, and the catch was comparable to that of conventional nets. However, by shortening the time it takes to replace the net fabric, the overall costs can be reduced, and the cost of the tailored net according to the present invention can also be reduced.
