- 空圧シリンダと、この空圧シリンダと所定の間
隔で平行に配置された液圧シリンダと、前記各シ
リンダのピストンロツドを結合する結合部材を設
け、前記液圧シリンダのピストンの前後の２室を
絞弁を介して連通させる配管を設け、前記配管に
、液圧シリンダの作動液タンク内の作動液に接続
される分岐管を設けたことを特徴とする等速空圧
シリンダ。
