【考案の詳細な説明】
幅の広い平行X線を得る場合に多数の矩形状金
属薄板を一定の間隔で平行に配列したソーラース
リツトが用いられる。このような従来のソーラー
スリツトは一定の寸法の矩形状に切断された多数
の金属薄板を平行に重合すると共に各薄板の両側
部に一定の厚さを有する帯状の金属スペーサを配
置して外側からねじ等で締付けて固定した構造で
ある。しかし締付ける力を強くすると部品の変形
等で歪を生じ、また力を弱くすると使用中にゆる
みを生ずるから何れにしても正確に一定の間隔お
よび平行度等を保持することが困難であつた。従
つて本考案はこのような欠点のないX線用のソー
ラースリツトを提供しようとするもので、以下こ

旨とするものである。このように本考案のソーラ
ースリツトは接着剤で金属薄板の両側部を固定す
るから組立時の外力によつて歪を生ずるようなお
それが除かれる。しかも上述のような無機質の接
着剤は熱膨張係数が金属薄板あるいは必要に応じ
て用いられる金属筐体等の熱膨張係数と近似して
著しい差異がないから、温度変化によつて歪を生
ずる等の欠点もなく、かつX線の被曝による変質
を生じ難いために長期間に亘つて一定の形状寸法
を保持することができる。また各金属薄板の間の
スペーサを介挿することを必らずしも必要としな
いから、外形も小型軽量になると共に製作も容易
である。従つて精度が向上してしかも価格も低下

ースリツトの組立に際しては、例えば第2図にお
ける金属薄板1,1……の中央部にそれらの間隔
に相当する厚みのスペーサを介挿して、両側部を

接着剤が固化したのちに上記スペーサを引き抜く
