装し、同熱交換器で冷却塔からの冷却水管及び補
給水管が接続された雑用水槽から一次冷却水配管
を経て供給される一次冷却水と熱交換可能に構成
するとともに、同熱交換器を経た一次冷却水配管
を前記冷却塔へ一次冷却水を再循環させる一次冷
却水配管と雑用水配管とに分岐配管してなること
