We are trying to install a water-stop wall. This cutoff wall is constructed using concrete, asphalt, steel sheet piles, or impermeable clay/sheets.

The sheets are inserted one by one and arranged so that the ends of the sheets overlap, and a water stop treatment is applied to the joint portion of each sheet and the lower end of each sheet. The conventional water-stopping treatment structure for seats is as follows:
At the same time as overlapping the joint parts of adjacent sheets, the diameter of the groove around the joint part of the sheets is expanded, and this enlarged diameter part is filled with a hardening agent such as mortar to make the joint parts of the sheets stick together. A certain level of water-stopping performance is achieved by placing a filling material at the bottom of the groove around the lower end.

That is, in the case of constructing a deep water-stop wall, even if the joint parts of the sheets are overlapped and this part is brought into close contact with the filler filled in the enlarged diameter part of the groove, As the grooves become deeper, the edges of the sheet curl up, and water may seep in or leak from the curled edges.

Since the filling material is simply placed, there is a problem in that the packing effect is low.

Each vertical hole 11 is excavated to a depth beyond the permeable layer to the impermeable layer. (2) Excavate the groove 10 and install the sheet 1 in the groove 10 (
(See Figures 5 and 6). To excavate the groove 10, for example, as shown in FIG.
A groove 10 is excavated with a wire saw using the steel 30 as a guide. Once trench 10 has been excavated, erect sheet 1,
H steel 30 will be removed. According to this drilling method, 10 to 3
It is possible to excavate a thin groove 10 of about 0 mm, which is extremely effective for inserting the sheet 1. (3) excavating the adjacent groove 10 in the same manner as above;
Insert the sheet 1 into the groove 10 (see FIG. 7). (4) The bags 2a, 2b, 2c of the sheet 1 are filled with a filler 4 such as mortar (see FIG. 8). The filler 4 is press-fitted into the bag 2b from the upper end opening of the bag 2b at the end of the sheet 1. Further, the filler material is press-fitted into the bag body 2a from the upper end opening of the bag body 2a at the opposite end of the sheet 1, and the filler material 4 is filled up to the bag body 2c at the lower end. In parallel with this, inside the vertical hole 11, groove 1
The muddy water accumulated inside the tank is pumped out to the ground using a pump or other means. By filling the filler 4 into the bag 2a, the bag 2a expands, and the bags 2a and 2b in the vertical hole 11 come into close contact with each other, as shown in FIG. 8(a). Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8(b), the bag body 2c is in close contact with the groove 10. After draining the muddy water in groove 10, drain groove 1 as shown in Figure 9.
The solidifying agent 20 or the like is filled into the voids of 0 to fill the voids. As a result, a space between the vertical holes 11 and 11 of the water-stop wall is constructed. (5) Build a water stop wall by repeating the steps (1) to (4) above. As a result, the adjacent sheets 1, 1 are integrated, and a continuous water-stop wall with no gaps is constructed.

Since it is in close contact across the edges, a highly reliable water-stopping structure can be obtained. Furthermore, as the grooves 10 become deeper, the lower edge of the sheet 1 does not curl up, causing a problem such as loss of water-stopping performance.

can be processed in advance at a factory, eliminating the need for on-site work such as overlapping the joint portions of the sheets 1 and 1 and pressing them together as in the past. In addition, since the filler for packing the lower end of the sheet 1 can be fed through the upper opening of the bag body 2, equipment such as a pouring pipe that reaches the bottom of the groove 10 is not required, and the on-site equipment or on-site work is simple. At the joint portion of the sheet-like member, the bag expands due to the internal filling material and comes into close contact with each other across the upper and lower ends within the groove, and at the lower end of the sheet-like member, the lower end portion of the bag expands due to the internal filling material. Since it expands and comes into close contact with the bottom of the groove across both ends, a highly reliable water-stopping structure can be obtained. In particular, the bag body is formed continuously from both sides of the sheet-like member to the bottom end, and the filling material can be fed and filled into the inside of the bag body densely and reliably, and there is no possibility of deviation of the filling material. Therefore, reliable packing action can be obtained. Furthermore, the bag of the sheet-like member can be pre-processed in a factory, etc., and it is also easy to fill the bag of the sheet-like member into the groove with filler at the site, simplifying the construction on-site. It has the advantage of being able to transform into
