た意匠動作片9を移動可能に設けると共に、意匠
部材7に設けた抜け止め部16が作動部材6の段
部17に当接するまで意匠部材7を上方へ移動さ
せ、意匠動作片9の動作開始位置を規制する位置
規制ばね10を、上記作動部材6と意匠部材7ま
たは意匠動作片9との間に設けてなるものであ

規制ばね10を、上記作動部材6と意匠部材7ま
たは意匠動作片9との間に設けてなるので、ノツ
ク動作により芯送り出し動作と意匠部材7の意匠
動作片9の動作を行わせることができ、おもちや
としての機能をもつたノツク式筆記具を提供でき
ることは勿論、芯タンク2の後端部側に意匠部材
7及び作動部材6を設けたので、ポケツトやケー
スに収めたとき、筆記時などに邪魔になるおそれ
が少なくなるばかりでなく、デザインも良好とな
