<Prior art> When transporting parcels, etc., in order to confirm the destination, sender, etc., a slip is required at each agency, originating store, etc., and a large number of such slips are required depending on the route. Therefore, it is extremely troublesome to record the destination, sender, etc. of this slip separately, and if the slip is transmitted separately from the package, it may cause trouble in checking the package. Therefore, various delivery slips that can be copied together with the invoice attached to the package, attached to the package, and moved together with the package have been proposed, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-58-148797. There is.

The delivery slip disclosed in JP-A No. 58-148797 has copy slips for delivery such as copy slips and sales slips arranged in a layered manner under the top sheet of paper that serves as an invoice and has a glue layer on the back. Both edges of the paper are made to protrude from the copy slip, a glue layer is formed on the back side of the both edges, and the glue layer is covered with a release paper having the same shape as the uppermost paper covering the lower surface of the delivery slip. .

<Problems to be solved by the invention> By the way, when the delivery slip is attached to a package, the release paper is peeled off from the lower surface of the top paper, and the release paper after removal cannot be used effectively. It will be discarded as is.

Further, the top paper has the function of covering each copy slip and holding it so that it cannot fall off, but since its shape is different from the copy slip, printing and assembling processes are separate processes, which complicates the process. . Furthermore, there is a difference in thickness between the center and both side edges of the delivery slip, and when stacking the delivery slips, there is a problem that they tend to collapse and are troublesome to handle.

On the other hand, with other conventional delivery slips, the surface of the slip is easily damaged due to scratches between packages, so a protective paper made of transparent vinyl material is pasted on one side of the top paper to open and close the slip. Some paper covers the slip to protect it, but the protective paper may open and bend during transportation.
Otherwise, it was easy to cause peeling, and its protective role could not be fully achieved in many cases.

To improve this, the bottom paper of the delivery slip is used as a mount, a transparent adhesive sheet is formed on the bottom surface of the mount, and the transparent adhesive sheet is peeled off from the mount and covered on the delivery slip. A system having the following structure was proposed as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-31168. However, since this configuration is based on the conventional idea of joining the delivery slip to the surface of the package using a mount, various problems have arisen as described below.

In other words, since the opening part of the adhered sheet is joined onto the mount, the mount needs to be wider than other slips to form a joining margin with the sheet, and the mount needs to have a shape different from that of the slip. Therefore, manufacturing was troublesome. In addition, after the mount and sheet are separated, it is necessary to form an adhesive to enable their respective bonding, and for this purpose, a release agent area and an adhesive area are formed on the back of the mount, and a release agent area is also formed on the back of the mount. An adhesive area is formed on the top, and a release agent area is formed on the adhesive area before the sheet is bonded to the backing paper, and after the separation, an adhesive area is exposed on the back side of the backing paper for bonding to the cargo surface. However, the sheet must be configured to expose an adhesive area for bonding to the backing paper and the surface of the delivery slip, requiring a complicated process for forming a release agent and adhesive on the bonding surface. For this reason, the cost was actually too high to be practical.

<Example> Figures 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a rectangular bottom paper long in the width direction that serves as a receipt slip, and on the bottom paper 1 there is a vertical width A plurality of copy slips 2 having the same number of pages and a writing slip 3 at the top that is fixed to the mounting surface and serves as an invoice as described later are arranged so that the left end in the figure is aligned with the bottom paper 1, and the left end is aligned with the bottom paper 1, and the left end is Glued and stacked. The bottom sheet 1, the copy slip 2, and the written slip 3 each have a field 4 for writing the destination, sender, etc., and an identification section 5 is provided on the upper right edge of the bottom sheet 1, the copy slip 2, and the written slip 3. It contains words such as ``Vote'', ``Departure Receipt'', ``Customer'', and ``Invoice''. In order to make the identification part 5 visible from the surface, the width of each copy slip 2 is made narrower as it goes up by the width of the identification part 5. Furthermore, a transfer layer such as a carbon layer is provided on the back side of the entry field 4 of each of the copy slips 2 and the writing slips 3. Further, since the bottom sheet 1 of the receipt slip and the copy slip 2 are to be removed one after another, a perforation-like cutting line 6 is formed at the left end of each sheet immediately inside the glued portion. The number and type of copy slips 2 and the like are shown as an example, and the type and number can be arbitrarily selected depending on the business type or agency route.

For the delivery slip having the above-mentioned configuration, after filling in the required information in the entry column 4 of the writing slip 3, the transparent adhesive sheet 10 of the bottom paper 1 is peeled off. At this time, the release layer 8
The adhesive layer 9 is adhered only to the upper surface of the transparent adhesive sheet 10 due to the intervention of the adhesive layer 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the transparent adhesive sheet 10 is turned over so that it is substantially perpendicular to the delivery slip, and its both ends are covered so as to protrude above and below the delivery slip, so that the adhesive layer 9 is covered. It is fixed to the baggage surface by the adhesive layers 9a, 9a in the protruding portion, and is bonded to the writing slip 3 by the remaining adhesive layer 9b in the central region, thereby covering and protecting the writing slip 3.

<Effects of the invention> As clarified in the above-mentioned examples, the present invention peels off the transparent adhesive sheet 10 on the bottom surface of the bottom paper 1, and then covers it orthogonally on the delivery slip. By protruding the upper and lower parts and joining the protruding parts to the baggage surface, the slip can be covered and fixed at the same time. This is based on the idea that, as in the structure disclosed in Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-31168, it is necessary to form an adhesive layer with a complicated structure between the sheet 10 and the bottom paper 1. It is easy to manufacture.
