[Prior Art] When a product such as a lens is transported, a tray-shaped plastic molded product with cushioning properties as shown in Fig. 5 is used to protect the product from vibrations or external shocks that occur during transport. T (sometimes referred to herein as a tray) may be used. This type of molded product is usually made of a thermoplastic sheet such as a vinyl chloride sheet or a polyethylene sheet, and is made by vacuum forming or pressure forming to form a recess W into which the product is inserted, and ribs and flanges that provide rigidity to the tray. etc. are formed all at once. During the manufacturing process, such molded products are piled up and stored while still being heated, or cut to a certain size.
The trees are handled in such a way that they are cut in groups of 10 or so.

However, stacked molded products are easily deformed because they are thin, and they overlap irregularly, and the grooves or uneven parts caused by molding fit together, so a claw metal fitting is used to separate the molded products one by one. It was difficult to insert the pads, and even if you pulled them up using the suction pad, they remained stuck and two or three sheets were pulled up at the same time. For this reason, the only way to separate such molded products one by one is by hand, which impairs work efficiency. Therefore, it has been desired to develop a device that can automatically handle this work.

According to the present invention, the trays T, which are stacked as shown in FIG. 4 and are equipped with tapered product insertion portions W that fit together and are difficult to separate, can also have their outer edges adsorbed with a vacuum pad. If you pull it up, you can easily pull one tray apart. A more desirable method is to stack the trays T upside down as shown in FIG. 1, and while holding down the center of the tray, pull up the outer edge with a pad. In this case, the friction at the product insertion portion of the tray is minimized, and separation becomes easier than when the trays are stacked upright.

Further, when the tray is pulled up by the suction pad, it is desirable that the tray be curved into a substantially circular shape. For this purpose, it is necessary for the suction pad to draw a trajectory based on the involute curve. As a result, when the trays are separated, the trays curve smoothly and are pulled apart uniformly, so that friction caused by forced contact between the trays can be kept to a minimum.

Next, the operating cylinder 15 is driven to move the slide holder 14 downward, and the suction pads 10, 10 are pressed against the outer edge of the tray T so as to be directly opposed to each other. In this state, negative pressure is applied to the suction pad 10 to remove the tray T.
At the same time, the presser foot 7 holds down approximately the center of the tray so as not to apply an excessive load to the tray. In this case, since the pipe 21 is telescopically attached, this allows the suction pad 1 to

Next, while holding down the center of the tray with the presser foot 7, the operating cylinder 15 is driven to move the pivot point 11 upward, and both links 12 and 12 move both support arms 8 and 9 as shown in FIG. It is rotated upward about the rotation shaft 6 as a fulcrum. Therefore, the suction pad 10,1
0 lifts the tray T upward with suction,
The tray gradually rises from its outer edge until the tray T
Curve it as shown in the figure. During this process, a force acts on the suction pads 10, 10 to try to slide them inward of the support arms 8, 9, and the elasticity of the springs 19, 20 allows them to be adjusted to arbitrary positions while maintaining balance. In this state, the tray T gradually separates from the edge of the stacked lower trays T,
As the fitting parts of the upper and lower trays (product insertion part W) move away one by one (see Figure 3),
No excessive force is used. When the presser foot 7 is approximately released, the cylinder 5 is operated to raise the base 3, thereby raising the presser foot 7. Therefore, the tray T also rises and becomes ready for transport. In this state, for example, the entire machine frame 1 is moved laterally, or a suitable conveyance device is inserted under the tray T, the suction force of the suction pad is cut off, and the tray is loaded onto the conveyance device.

FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged view showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which the following configuration is adopted so that the upward locus of the suction pad draws an involute curve with the preset curved line of the tray as the base circle. Suction pad 1 including a sliding member 22 and a guide plate 24
0 shows the tilting cam mechanism. In this case, the attachment shaft 18 of the suction pad 10 is attached to a sliding member 22 having a guide pin 23 so as to be able to freely slide on the support arms 8 and 9 in the longitudinal direction. Cam groove 2 provided in
5 is fitted. The guide plate 24 is the machine frame 1
The cam groove 25 is formed of an involute curve with the curved line of the tray as a base circle. The suction pad 10 moves along this curve while adsorbing the tray T, so that the tray T
separates while maintaining its circular curvature, so
The tray can be pulled away smoothly without applying excessive force to the suction surface.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the apparatus of the present invention, when separating trays one by one that are stacked in a fitted state at the uneven portion, the central point of the stacked trays is pressed with a presser foot. When the pair of left and right support arms are rotated upward while the outer edge of the uppermost tray is suctioned and held by the suction pad, the outer edge of the uppermost tray suctioned and held by the pads is attached to the outer edge of the lower tray stack. The tray is gradually lifted up from the outer edge of the tray, and almost the entire area of the tray from the outer edge of the tray to the center of the tray can be greatly curved upward. Therefore,
It is possible to smoothly remove the mated parts that are in a mated state with uneven parts and are difficult to peel off from the outer edge to the center of the tray, making it easy to separate each tray individually and without having to do it manually. It has the effect of being able to do it automatically.
