本考案の温水洗浄装置は、感熱部材とこの感熱
部材で作動する弁とを備えて温度の低い熱水を除
去する冷水除去装置を具備して、この冷水除去装
置を通じて貯湯タンクのような外部熱源機をミキ
シングサーモバルブに接続するとともに、水道配
管をミキシングサーモバルブに接続し、熱水と水
道水とを適温水に混合する上記ミキシングサーモ
バルブに温水噴射用の噴射ノズルを接続して成る
ことを特徴とするものである。しかして、浴槽や
台所に給湯している温水タンクのような熱源機1
を利用することにより、既存の熱源機1の利用も
しくは熱源機1の共用化を図れ、従来の高価な温
水洗浄装置を設備することなく安価に温水洗浄装
置を構成できるものである。更に、熱源機1の水
圧や水道圧を利用することによりポンプも省略で
きるものである。また、冷水除去装置3を備えて
いるので、不測に冷水が噴射ノズル5から吐出さ
れるのを防止でき、ミキシングサーモバルブ4を
備えているので、一定温度の温水を噴射ノズル5
から吐出させられるものであり、しかも冷水除去
装置3を熱水と水道水との混合前に設けているの
で、混合後に冷水除去するものに比べて速やかに
冷水除去できる。 以下本考案の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述す
る。熱源機1は浴槽や台所などに給湯するための
貯湯タンクのようなものであり、熱源機1の出湯
口は始動弁7を介して熱湯管6により冷水除去装
置3に接続されている。また、水道配管2は分岐
して一方は熱源機1に給水しており、他方は冷水
除去装置3に接続されている。この冷水除去装置
3では温度の低い熱水をドレン8へ排水するよう
になつている。更に、冷水除去装置3からは熱水
と水道水とが別々にミキシングサーモバルブ4へ
供給され、ミキシングサーモバルブ4では熱水と
水道水との混合比率をこれらの温度に応じて変化
させることで、一定の設定温度の混合水を生成す
る。ミキシングサーモバルブ4の混合水出口は便
器9内に設置された噴射ノズル5に接続されてい

とケーシング10との間に開口された入り口弁座
孔21は円筒状のスライド弁22の周面により開
閉され、仕切り板20に開口された出口弁座孔2
3は下弁24により開閉されるようになつてい
る。更に、熱水入り口17の奥の入り口弁座孔2
1の水下側の近傍にはドレン8が開口されてお
り、入り口弁座孔21とドレン8とはスライド弁
22の移動により交互に開閉されるようになつて

り、スライド弁22の水上側には形状記憶合金の
感熱バネ26が介挿されている。この形状記憶合
金の感熱バネ26は快適湯温と略等しい温度の変
態温度を有し、変態温度以下ではスライド弁22
を入り口弁座孔21に後退させるべく縮んでいる
が、湯温が快適温度に達すると変態温度を越えて
伸張し、スプリング25よりも大きなばね定数の
バネとなつてスプリング25の弾性力に抗してス
ライド弁22をドレン8側へ移動させてスライド
弁22によりドレン8を閉成させるのである。ま
た、熱水流路19内の入り口弁座孔21と出口弁
座孔23との間の空気には片面が熱水流路19内
に面し、他面が大気に面しているダイヤフラム弁
27が設けられており、ダイヤフラム弁27はケ
ーシング10内を上下にスライド自在に貫通する
軸28と一体に形成されており、軸28の上端及
