柵体4の両端の上部および下部に、それぞれ下向
き開口溝形の上部雌ブラケツト5および下部雌ブ

部雄ブラケツト2に上方から嵌合されてボルト7
により結合され、下部雌ブラケツト6が下部雄ブ
ラケツト3に上方から嵌合されてボルト7により
