A so-called anti-vibration structure step has been proposed in which the step is supported via a dust-proof member such as rubber for the case (b).

のである。 However, in order to use a step with an anti-vibration structure, there is an inconvenience that the shape of the support supporting the step (a) is limited by the position of the hydraulic pipe (c). In addition, recently in the field of agricultural machinery, there has been a push to improve riding comfort and comfortable maneuverability not only from functionality and practicality, but also from an ergonomics perspective. (To create a smooth undercarriage without any protruding parts or parts)
However, in order to use a flat deck, the height of the mission case must be lowered, which makes the mounting position and space for the step support cramped, and steps with a momentum and vibration-proof structure are difficult to assemble and strengthen. This inevitably puts them at a disadvantage.

The front end of the fender is placed close to the rear end, and both upper and lower base ends of the support are fixed to the outer surface of the transmission case via mounting bolts, and the upper and lower base ends of the support are The part located between the mounting bolts is curved in the direction away from the mission case to form a covering part that hugs and covers body components such as hydraulic pipes and wires arranged on the outside of the mission case. In addition, the above-mentioned problem is solved by supporting the overhanging portion of the step on the free end side of the support via a vibration isolating member.

Since it can be assembled, it is easy to assemble without being restricted by the mounting location or mounting space, and the mounting strength of the support is increased. In addition, after assembly, the step is supported on the free end side of the support attached to the outer surface of the transmission case via a vibration isolating member, so there is little deflection of the step when getting on and off, and the step remains stable. Anti-vibration supported.

一体的に形成されている。Embodiment 1 is a transmission case of an agricultural tractor 2, and a hydraulic pipe 3 is installed on one side of the transmission case 1.
However, on the other side, transmission wires 4 are disposed long in the front and rear directions. Reference numeral 5 denotes a support for supporting a step to be described later, and the upper and lower sides of the base end of the support 5 are fixed to the outer surface of the mission case 1 through mounting bolts 6 on both left and right outer surfaces of the mission case 1, respectively. There is. In the embodiment, the supports 5 are firmly fixed via pairs of bolts 6 at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction. As shown in the figure, the support 5 is bent into a U-shape when viewed from the side, increasing its rigidity.
The vertical width is wide at the base end attached to the mission case 1 and gradually narrows toward the free end, and the lower surface of the support is configured to slope upward toward the outside. Moreover, among the base end portions of the support 5,
The part located between the upper and lower mounting bolts 6 is curved in the direction away from the mission case 1, and due to the curved structure of the base end of the support, the support 5 has a part located on the side of the mission case 1. Aircraft structural members a such as hydraulic pipes 3 and transmission wires 4
A substantially U-shaped cover portion 5a is integrally formed to cover the body while holding the body.

It extends integrally from the case 1 on both the left and right sides, and its projecting end side is connected and supported to the free end side of the support 5 via a vibration isolating member 9 such as rubber and a connecting member 10 such as a bolt. . Reference numeral 11 denotes a hydraulic filter, and this hydraulic filter 11 is placed between the front and rear supports 5, 5, and its mounting direction is not vertical as in conventional models, but is mounted at right angles to the fuselage as shown in Figure 1. Since it is easy to install and remove, it requires less installation space, and it can be stored compactly while being protected by the front and rear supports 5, 5, and hydraulic piping can be easily installed. 12 is front and rear support 5,
This auxiliary step 12 is installed between the supports 5, and the free ends of the front and rear supports are integrally connected by this auxiliary step 12, so that the strength of the support 5 is further increased. 13 is a front wheel, 14 is a rear wheel, and 15 is a fender.

The height of the auxiliary step 16 is configured to be freely adjustable in order to cope with changes in the tire diameter of the auxiliary step 14. The boss portion 16a is provided with a plurality of notched grooves 18, and is rotatably supported.
The height of the auxiliary step 16 can be changed by appropriately changing the cutout groove 18 that engages with the positioning pin 19 fixed to the support 5. 16b is a non-slip, and 16c is a spring pin.

Hydraulic pipe 3 and transmission wire 4 placed on the side of
Since the hydraulic pipe 3, etc. can be assembled in a state where it escapes without being obstructed by other objects, sufficient lateral space of the transmission case 1 can be taken, and assembly and maintenance are easy. This is advantageous in terms of strength because the upper and lower mounting pitches of the support 5 and the longitudinal mounting pitch width can be increased by effectively utilizing the front and rear widths. Moreover, the number of parts can be reduced because there are many common parts, such as using supports of the same shape. In addition, since the attachment part of the support 5 is originally the outer surface of the mission case which has high rigidity and is comparatively wide in vertical and front-to-back widths, and there is plenty of space for installation, the number of supports, the vertical width and the front-to-back width are There are few restrictions on the design, etc., and there is a high degree of freedom in design.

Since the lower surface of the support 5 that supports the crop is slanted upward toward the outside, there is no need to worry about the support 5 pushing mud or damaging the crops even when working on the slope. Furthermore, the side of the step 7 closer to the outer end is supported by the free end side of the support 5, which is firmly attached to the outer surface of the mission case 1, via the vibration isolating member 9. The step 7 is supported stably with little deflection.
Note that the step is supported via a vibration isolating member on the free end side of a support that is firmly attached to the outer surface of the mission case at intervals in the front and back direction.
The deflection of the step when getting on and off is small, the support structure of the step can be further stabilized, and a flat deck vibration-proofing structure can be easily achieved.

The front end of the fender is placed close to the base end of the support, and the upper and lower sides of the base end of the support are fixed to the outer surface of the transmission case via mounting bolts, respectively, and the upper and lower mounting bolts of the base end of the support are The part located between the two parts is curved in a direction away from the mission case to form a cover part that hugs and covers fuselage structural members such as hydraulic pipes and wires arranged on the outside of the mission case. Since the overhanging part of the step is supported on the free end side of the support via a vibration isolating member, the support receives a load in the vertical direction when the operator gets on and off the step, and also receives a strong external force when it comes into contact with another obstacle. The vertical spacing is widened so that it can be firmly attached to the outer surface of the transmission case, which is originally highly rigid, and since the base end of the support is curved, this curved space allows hydraulic piping, etc. to escape. Not only is the assembly easy as it can be assembled with the steps, but the rigidity of the support itself can be further increased. In addition, the support that supports the steps in a vibration-proof manner is equipped with hydraulic pipes, etc. placed on the outside of the mission case. It serves as a protective member that sufficiently protects the aircraft components from other obstacles, mud, etc., and prevents damage to hydraulic pipes etc. due to contact, etc., and the mounting part of the support is attached to the outer surface of the mission case. Therefore, there is a wide space for mounting, and there are fewer restrictions on the number of supports and the mounting pitch in the vertical and front-back directions, allowing for a higher degree of freedom in design.Furthermore, the rigidity of the support itself is increased and support installation is easier. Together with the increase in strength, the support structure of the step is also stabilized, and this has practical effects that are advantageous in terms of strength.
