【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  開口部を有し調理用鍋が収容されると
共に加熱手段などが設けられた調理機本体と、前記開口
部を開閉する蓋などからなる加熱調理機において、回転
可能に取付けらればねによって付勢された係止部材を有
し、ヒンジを介して前記蓋に装着されたブロックと、前
記係止部材が係止する係止部を有し、前記調理機本体又
はその近傍に設けられて前記ブロックが着脱可能に嵌入
される嵌合穴とを備えたことを特徴とする加熱調理機。
