取付フレームに取付けてあるパネル取付構造に関する。[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a structure for mounting elastic panels on a fence, which is used for improving the appearance, soundproofing, etc. by erecting it on the side of a general road or expressway, for example. Specifically, the present invention relates to a panel mounting structure in which the peripheral portion of an elastic panel is attached to a panel mounting frame.

The panel was firmly fixed to the panel mounting frame via the panel.

Therefore, when an impact force is applied due to contact or collision with a vehicle running on the road, the elastic deformation of the panel due to the impact force is restrained by bolts, etc., and the impact force is concentrated on the peripheral wall of the bolt through hole. The panel may be easily damaged. In this case, a plurality of broken panel pieces are scattered outside the road, and there is a possibility that the plurality of scattered panel pieces collide with surrounding objects and damage them, causing a great negative impact on the surrounding area. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a panel mounting structure in which a panel subjected to a large impact force is less likely to be broken into multiple pieces and scattered around.

It is fixed to the panel mounting frame, and the remaining sides are fixed to the panel mounting frame by means of clamping members. Further, it is also useful for the panel mounting structure to include a sound insulating cushion material interposed between the panel and the panel mounting frame, as will be described later.

This prevents the impact force from being concentrated on a part of the panel. Moreover, one edge of the panel is fixed to the panel mounting frame via a fitting that penetrates the panel, so even if part of the panel comes off the panel mounting frame, only one side will be attached to the panel mounting frame. Since it is in a fixed state, the panel does not receive the impact force directly, but releases it to the other side, but the panel that comes off from the panel mounting frame due to the impact will not fall. Further, in the panel mounting structure, when a sound insulating cushioning material is interposed between the panel and the panel mounting frame as shown in claim 2, normal mounting without impact force is applied. This prevents sound from leaking between the panel and the panel mounting frame.

有用である。[Effects of the Invention] Therefore, by keeping only one side fixed to the panel mounting frame while the remaining sides are configured to be easily detached from the panel mounting frame, the impact force acting on the panel can be reduced. Missing on the other hand, with this
Since the panel can be prevented from being destroyed and the detached panel will not fall, the risk of damaging surrounding objects and people can be reduced. Further, in the case where a sound insulating cushion material is interposed between the panel and the panel mounting frame as described in claim 2 in the panel mounting structure, a material having excellent sound insulation performance is used as the panel to constitute, for example, a sound insulating wall. In some cases, this is useful because it can prevent the space between the panel mounting frame and the panel from becoming a weak point that could lead to deterioration of sound insulation.

FIG. 5 shows a fence W erected on the side of an expressway. This fence W consists of a panel mounting frame 3 in which a plurality of frame panels P are respectively attached to panel mounting columns 1 made of H-shaped steel that are erected at equal pitches and with adjacent recesses facing each other. The panel mounting columns 1 are fitted and held in the recessed portions of the panel mounting columns 1, so that they are mounted in a vertically stacked state.

Since the panel 2 is sandwiched from both sides and does not penetrate the panel 2, the panel 2 slides out against the selvedge material 4 and is released, so the impact force is concentrated on a part of the panel 2. It can be avoided. Moreover, one side of the periphery of the panel 2 is connected to the panel mounting frame 3 (more specifically, one of the pair of rivets 5 penetrating the panel 2,
Since it is fixed to the upper horizontal frame 3B), even if a part of the panel 2 comes off the panel mounting frame 3, only one side will remain fixed to the panel mounting frame 3, so the impact force will not be directly applied. Even though the panel 2 is configured to escape to the other side without receiving it, the panel 2 which is detached from the panel mounting frame 3 due to impact will not fall. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, one surface of the peripheral portion of the panel 2 and the ribbed edge 4 in contact with this one surface extend over the entire peripheral portion of the panel 2.
A sound-insulating sealing material 6, which is a sound-insulating cushioning material, is interposed between the panel 2 and the panel mounting frame 3 without a gap between the panel 2 and the panel mounting frame 3 in the normal mounting state where no impact force is applied. This prevents sound from leaking between the As shown in FIG. 2, one of the pair of vertical frames 3A of the panel mounting frame 3 has a burring hole 7 through which a safety wire is guided to prevent a plurality of panels assembled in the vertical direction from collapsing. , this vertical frame 2
It is arranged so that it passes through the inside of the body and penetrates up and down. Further, the use of polycarbonate for the panel 2 is merely an example, and it is also possible to use other resinous and elastic materials.
