Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound insulation plate that is installed on the side of a highway, for example, to insulate automobile noise and the like, and more specifically, a pair of sound insulation plate mounting posts arranged at intervals in the lateral direction. A frame-like frame body that can be installed in a fitted state is provided, and a sound insulation thin plate that can be attached to the frame body (for example, a polycarbonate or acrylic thin plate) is provided. The present invention relates to a sound insulating plate in which a pair of penetrating portions through which a pair of fixed sound insulating plate fall prevention cords are passed are provided in the frame body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of sound insulation plate, as shown in FIG. 7, a pair of sound insulation plate fall prevention cords (hereinafter simply referred to as vertical arrangement cords) that are individually penetrated through the pair of penetration portions 20 respectively. There is a structure in which a second cord 21 for preventing sound insulation plate dropping (hereinafter simply referred to as a laterally arranged cord) 21 connected to R is provided in the frame 22 in a state along the interval direction of the both struts 1. In the state in which the sound insulation plate is disposed between both struts 1, both end portions of the laterally arranged cable bodies 21 are connected to the vertically arranged cable bodies R penetrating the frame body 22. For example, even when an automobile collides with the sound insulation board and breaks the sound insulation board, the sound insulation board falls due to the vertically arranged cable body R and the laterally arranged cable body 21 penetrated inside. There was something that could prevent this. (For example, see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-191106)
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-described conventional sound insulation board, the both ends of the laterally arranged cable body 21 are installed in a state of being connected to the pair of vertically arranged cable bodies R, respectively. Are supported by the pair of vertically arranged strips R at both ends. Therefore, for example, when the automobile collides with a state where it breaks through the sound insulation board, the laterally arranged striated body 21 counteracts the tensile strength against the force from the automobile. Thus, the force from the automobile acts on both longitudinally arranged cords R via the laterally arranged cords 21. After all, as the force from the automobile is larger than the strength of the laterally arranged / vertically arranged striated bodies, the sound insulating plate alone is not damaged. There is also a risk of adversely affecting the structure provided with the support.
That is, according to the conventional sound insulation plate, in order to achieve the fall prevention of the sound insulation plate, a considerably strong strength member (each cable body, support column, and each connection member thereof) is used, and a large scale is required. There is a problem in that it is necessary to provide a support structure, and the efficiency of the sound insulation plate mounting operation is low, and the aesthetics are easily impaired.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulating plate that can solve the above-mentioned problems, can be easily attached while preventing the sound insulating plate from falling, and can easily improve aesthetics.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
〔Constitution〕
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a frame-like frame body that can be installed in a state of being fitted between a pair of sound insulation plate mounting columns arranged at intervals in the lateral direction. A pair of vertical frame portions arranged along the vertical frame portions and a horizontal frame portion provided across the vertical frame portions, and a pair of sound insulation plate fall prevention cords fixed separately along the both columns. In one end portion of the horizontal frame portion, a separation allowing means for allowing separation between the cord body penetrating through a pair of penetration portions formed in the frame body in a state of penetrating and the horizontal frame portion is provided. There is.
[0006]
The characteristic configuration of the present invention according to claim 2 resides in that the separation allowing means is formed by a notch in which a penetrating portion formed in the horizontal frame portion is opened along the separation direction.
[0007]
[Action and effect]
According to the characteristic configuration of the present invention according to claim 1, the frame-shaped frame body includes a pair of vertical frame portions and horizontal frame portions, and penetrates through the pair of through portions formed in the frame body. In the one end portion of the horizontal frame portion provided with the separation allowance means, the separation permission means for allowing separation between the strip body and the horizontal frame portion is provided at one end portion of the horizontal frame portion. The horizontal frame portion can be separated from the striated body positioned on the fixed side. Therefore, for example, when an automobile or the like collides with the sound insulation plate and the impact force acts on the sound insulation plate, the lateral frame portion is separated from the cord body at one end portion thereof and is supported at the other end portion. It is possible to avoid the force due to the collision acting properly by moving around the striated body. And even if a sound insulation board remove | deviates from the said support | pillar, since a horizontal frame part is supported by a cable body in the other end part, it can prevent falling.
As a result, it is possible to prevent a large member force from acting on the sound insulating plate, the above-mentioned cable body, the support column, and their connecting members, and to set the strength of each member to the minimum necessary level. As a result, the range of materials can be expanded, and it is possible to construct an appearance with a rich aesthetic rather than a rugged design. For example, it is possible to use a light-weight material that is generally considered to have low strength. As a result, it is possible to smoothly perform the mounting operation of the sound insulating plate and improve the working efficiency.
Furthermore, by making the frame body smart, it is possible to increase the opening area of the frame body. For example, when a translucent plate is used as a thin plate, it becomes easier to secure a field of view.
[0008]
According to the characteristic configuration of the present invention according to claim 2, the separation allowing means is constituted by a notch in which a penetrating portion formed in the horizontal frame portion is opened along the separation direction. It is possible to form a sound insulating plate that achieves the above-described effects, and it is possible to prevent an increase in cost.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a sound insulation wall W standing on the side of the highway.
The sound insulation wall W is provided with a plurality of H-shaped steel sound insulation plate mounting columns (hereinafter simply referred to as columns) that are spaced along the longitudinal direction of the road and that have adjacent grooves M facing each other. ) A plurality of sound insulation plates P are fitted in a state where they are stacked one above the other.
In addition to this, the sound insulation wall W is provided with a wire rope (an example of a rope) R for preventing the sound insulation plate P installed between the columns 1 from falling off the column 1 and falling. The wire rope R is inserted into the left and right ends of the sound insulation wall W in a state along the support column 1 and both ends are fixed to the sound insulation wall fixing side.
[0011]
The sound insulating plate P is provided with a sound insulating thin plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a thin plate) 2, a frame-like frame body 3 that supports the thin plate 2 is provided, and the thin plate 2 is sandwiched and fixed between the frame body 3. For this purpose, a pressing edge (an example of a pressing member) 4 is provided.
[0012]
The thin plate 2 is formed of a flexible translucent plate made of polycarbonate, and is held in the frame of the frame 3. Therefore, sound insulation can be achieved while securing a view from the passing vehicle.
[0013]
The frame 3 is made of aluminum, and as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, an upper frame (an example of a horizontal frame) 3A composed of a hollow prism having a stepped portion on the inner side of the frame. The lower frame (an example of a horizontal frame part) 3B and a pair of side frames (an example of a vertical frame part) 3C are used.
Each frame 3A, 3B, 3C has a fixing portion 5 for attaching the pressing edge 4 and a supporting portion 6 for holding the thin plate 2 in a state of being sandwiched between the pressing edges 4 attached to the fixing portion 5. It is provided separately.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the adjacent frames are joined to each other with the side plate portions of the side frames 3 </ b> C pressed against the side plate portions 7 of the side frames 3 </ b> C while the edge portions of the upper frame 3 </ b> A and the lower frame 3 </ b> B are pressed. It is fastened and joined with a tapping screw 8 from the outside.
On the other hand, through portions 9 for penetrating the wire rope R are provided in both end portions of the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B and the hollow portion of the side frame 3C. The through portion 9 formed in the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B has a through hole 9a formed in one end portion and a notch (an example of a separation allowing means) 9b formed in the other end portion. In a state where the wire rope R is inserted into the hole 9a, the wire rope R and the upper frame 3A / lower frame 3B are not separated. Further, in the cutout 9b, the separation of the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B from the wire rope R can be allowed along the cutout direction of the cutout. Further, the pair of side frames 3 </ b> C cannot be detached from the wire rope R in a state where the wire rope R is inserted through the hollow portion (through portion 9).
Therefore, for example, even if an automobile collides with the sound insulation wall W and the sound insulation plate P is disassembled as shown in FIG. 5, the side frame 3C is held while being externally fitted to each wire rope R, and the upper frame 3A. The lower frame 3B is disconnected from the notch 9b and the wire rope R, and the impact due to the collision is avoided, and the lower frame 3B is held while being externally fitted to the wire rope R inserted through the through hole 9a and falls. Can be prevented. In addition, the peripheral part of the said through-hole 9a of the said upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B is formed thickly, and the reinforcement with respect to tearing of the through-hole 9a is aimed at.
[0014]
The pressing edge 4 includes an upper pressing edge 4A, a lower pressing edge 4B, and a pair of side pressing edges 4C respectively corresponding to the frames 3A, 3B, and 3C, and is screwed to the fixing portion 5 of the frame pair 3 respectively. It is configured so that it can be performed (see FIG. 2).
In addition, the upper edge of the thin plate 2 is integrated with the upper pressing edge 4A in advance by bolting to prevent the thin plate 2 from being bent inadvertently when the thin plate 2 is attached to or detached from the frame 3. The handling is improved. On the other hand, the lower pressing edge 4 </ b> B and the pair of side pressing edges 4 </ b> C can be clamped between the support portion 6 and the edge portion of the thin plate 2 by screwing to the fixing portion 5. However, in this clamping mechanism, when a large external force is applied to the thin plate 2, the thin plate 2 can be allowed to come out. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the damage to the thin plate 2 by avoiding an impact caused by the external force. it can.
[0015]
Therefore, according to the sound insulating plate of the present embodiment, for example, even if an automobile collides with the sound insulating plate P and the sound insulating plate P is broken apart by the force, each member is supported by each wire rope R. It becomes possible to prevent falling from being connected to 1.
[0016]
[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.
<1> The sound insulating plate P is not limited to the shape, structure, and material described in the previous embodiment. For example, if the frame is made of a synthetic resin, the weight can be reduced. Sound insulation plate mounting workability can be improved. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid unreasonable resistance to external force by adopting a structure that facilitates positive disassembly when subjected to external forces such as automobile collisions (for example, frames are connected only by fitting). Thus, good shock absorption can be achieved.
<2> Further, the sound insulating plate P is not limited to the one configured by forming the penetrating portion 9 in the horizontal frame portions 3A and 3B described in the previous embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. The penetrating portion 9 is provided only in both vertical frame portions 3C, and the horizontal frame portions 3A and 3B are connected in a state where one end portion thereof is easily detached from one vertical frame portion 3C (for example, tenon fitting). The other end portion may be rigidly connected to the other vertical frame portion 3C.
<3> The strip is not limited to the wire rope described in the previous embodiment. For example, if an elastic member such as a belt-like spring plate or a spring is used, the shock absorbing effect is further exhibited. Is possible. Moreover, the rope comprised from carbon fiber and glass fiber may be sufficient.
