角度ずつ往復回動しており、また押えころ21が
上下動しているので、紙3は上下のころ21,1
5でゲージ33に紙端が当接するまで引込まれて
左右の見当が合わせられ、これより一瞬早く紙3
の前端が前当て8に当接することによつて天地方
向の見当を合わせられる。横針装置9による見当
合わせに際しては、タイミングバルブ48のタイ
ミング規正により、上下のころ21,15が紙3
を引込む一瞬前にタイミングバルブ48が開き、
ホース43内が減圧されるので、エア吸引孔42
から大気が吸着され、紙受け板13b上を通過す
る紙3の左端部は紙受け板13bに吸着される。
したがつて作動側の横針装置9によつて右方へ引
込まれる紙3の左端が紙受け板13bによつて右
方への移動を係止され、紙3が波打つことがなく
強く張られる。紙3が前当て8に当接してからの
ち、押えころ21が次の上昇を開始すると、タイ
ミングバルブ48が閉じ、前当て8が切溝7aか
ら斜め下方へ退去する。このときスイング装置の
爪が紙3の前端を咥えて搬送し印刷装置へ供給す
る。このとき紙3が緊張状態で印刷装置へ供給さ
れて印刷が施されるので、見当不良などの印刷障
害が発生しない。

ら作動側の横針装置を作動させると、開閉弁が開
いて紙端部が紙受け板に吸着するように吸引され
るので横針装置で見当合わせ中の紙が波打つこと
なく緊張し、このまゝ印刷装置へ搬送されても見
当不良などの印刷障害が発生せず、印刷物の品質
が向上する。
