Powdered detergents are manufactured by blending a large amount of nonionic surfactants in liquid state, and over time, the nonionic surfactants gradually ooze out and seep into the inner surface of paper containers, or the powdered detergent's There are problems in that fluidity is significantly impaired, and furthermore, caking occurs, causing the detergent to solidify, thereby impairing its commercial value.

For example, JP-A-50-119813 discloses a premix in which a nonionic surfactant is finely distributed on a zeolite or a mixture of a zeolite and an inorganic peroxide that produces hydrogen peroxide in water. Fluid detergents containing 30-100% (up to 4% of highly dispersed silicic acid may be used) and 0-70% of spray-dried detergent are disclosed. JP-A-61-89300 discloses that after mixing water-insoluble granules and silica powder, a nonionic surfactant is sprayed, and then zeolite powder is added to prepare a granulated product. It is disclosed that a nonionic surfactant-containing granular detergent blended with an anionic surfactant-containing granular detergent has good fluidity and can prevent caking. With this technique, most of the above-mentioned problems have been solved.

A final detergent product having the composition shown in Table 1 was obtained. Using this detergent product, antifoaming properties and rinsing properties were tested by the following methods. Table 1 shows the results. ■ Defoaming and rinsing test method Pour 30 liters of tap water at 20℃ into a pulsator type electric washing machine (manufactured by Toshiba), add 25 g of sample, stir and dissolve, then add cotton underwear and a polyester/cotton blend dress shirt. A total of 1 kg of stained cloth and 2 g of a model oil-based stain having the composition shown below are placed in the above washing solution and agitated with strong inversion for 10 minutes. After stopping the agitation, drain the water, dehydrate the clothes for 1 minute, rinse the pulsator with tap water, and then rinse it again with tap water for 30 minutes.
liter, clothes were added, and batch rinsing was performed on a strong inversion for 3 minutes. Defoamability was determined by the amount of foam after stirring was stopped, and rinsing performance was determined by the turbidity of the rinse water.
