るため、ヒーターの熱放散も均一化し、局部加熱
による絶縁劣化や、ヒーター線の断線等の故障も
無くなる。これらの作用により、発熱体を加熱室
外に設けていても効果的に食品を加熱することが
でき、勿論熱分布は均一化されるので均等な焼き
上げを得ることができる。また加熱室内には露出
したヒータが不要であるので、加熱室内の有効容
積も広くなり、清掃も容易にできるなど使い勝手
の向上も達成できる。
