単層の場合ウレタンバッキング層7の比重は発泡ウレタ
ンの比重0.08である。これに対し、本発明の製造方
法においては、発泡ビ−ズ4に例えばポリプロピレン材
を38倍発泡させたものを使用する場合、ポリプロピレ
ンの比重は0.94〜0.96であるから、発泡ビ−ズ
4の比重は、0.94÷38=0.025である。ウレ
タンバッキング層7のウレタンと発泡ビ−ズ4の混合比
率(容積比)を、ウレタン55%、発泡ビ−ズ45%と
すると、ウレタンバッキング層7の比重は、    (
