The edge of the finish color coating wraps around the back side of the overhanging surface,
The tape is formed between the inclined end surface of the masking tape and the already formed surface of the first finish color coating.

), and extends laterally beyond its acute-angled front edge or back edge. There is no particular limit to this angle of inclination, but it ranges from 40 to
80 degrees is preferred, and 50 to 70 degrees is particularly preferred. If it is less than the above range, the paint tends to spread unevenly to the back side of the front edge, or the front edge becomes too thin and lacks rigidity, causing it to be completely formed. It becomes easy to come into contact with the first finish color coating (7),
Processing may become more labor-intensive, and coating film hiding properties may be insufficient (
There is a tendency to cause sagging. On the other hand, if the above range is exceeded, the direction of force applied during peeling will be close to the direction of the end surface, and the component of the acting force in the direction perpendicular to the end surface will decrease, while the component in the direction of the end surface will increase. The work of peeling off the film tends to require some degree of skill.
