Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a desired good parting line free from disturbance and damage by using a masking tape having the surface and the rear provided with an adhesive layer and also having an end surface inclined so that the surface protrudes from the rear at the end edge thereof, arranged in matching relation to the parting line at the time of use. CONSTITUTION:A masking tape 4 has the surface 1 and the rear 2 having an adhesive layer and has an end surface 3 inclined so that the surface 1 protrudes from the rear 2 at the end edge thereof, arranged in matching relation to a parting line at the time of use. The angle of inclination of the end surface 3 to the surface 1 is pref. 40-80 deg.C, especially pref. 50-70 deg.C. スケ)を生じたりする傾向かある。一方、前記範囲をこ
えるばあいには、剥離時の作用方向と端面方向とか近く
なり、作用力の端面垂直方向成分が減少し端面方向成分
か増加するため、見切部の損傷を防止しながらテープを
剥離する作業がある程度熟練を要する作業になりやすく
なる。
