線が残るが、これも底面であるため商品としての
外観を損うことは全くなく、見栄えの良いものと
なる。さらに、シユー皮の底面は一般によく焼
け、厚さも他の部分より厚くて硬いため円形蓋の
くり抜きをはじめ、食品充填後の閉蓋時にもその
取扱は容易となり、作業性も向上する。
