うことがあり、そのような場合には罐体内の圧力
が高くなつた場合にも安全弁を介し膨張水を逃が
すことができず、罐体が異常圧力により亀裂を生
じ、罐体から漏水が生じる等の事故が発生すると
いう問題点があつた。

部が形成されていることである。
