階での見込生産にも対応でき、しかも避難の際並
びに梯子収納時に握杆が邪魔にならず、設置され
ていることとなつて不安感を与えず降りやすく安
全に用いられるし、開口状態並びに閉塞状態も確
実に保つて、さらに握杆で梯子取付け固定の堅牢
さも増し、かつ梯子を避難口枠体に組み込む場合
にも、梯子の固定子による取付けに支障を来すこ
とがなく取付操作も簡単で著しく安価な避難梯子
装置とできるので汎用性に富み、取扱良好で便利
な形態で用いられるものである。
