Since the same member as that of FIG. 7 is used upside down, detailed description is omitted. Hereinafter, a procedure for using the folding ladder 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the folding ladder 1 is folded, in which a fixed rail 4 and a wall-side ladder girder 5 have a first fixing member a made of a pin or a bolt.
The fixed rail 4 and the elevating rail 8 are fixed by a second fixing member b such that a hook or the like attached to one of them is hooked to the other, and the outer ladder girder 7 and the elevating rail 8 are pinned. Or, it is fixed by a third fixing tool c such as a bolt. In order to use the folding ladder 1, first, the first fastener a is released and the second fastener b is released.
And lift the wall side ladder girder 5, the outer ladder girder 7 and the elevating rail 8 to a height position such that their upper ends project upward from the flat roof 28 as shown in FIG.
At this height position, the wall-side ladder girder 5 is
Is fixed to the fixed rail 4 again. And the outer ladder girder 7
Is pulled in the direction away from the outer wall 3 to bring it into the state shown by the solid line in FIG. In this state, the upper end of the step / rail rod 6, the wall-side ladder girder 5 and the outer ladder girder 7 located at the uppermost position has a height that can be used as a handrail when a person climbs or descends on the flat roof 28. Located in. As well shown in FIG. 8, the step / link rail 6 is horizontally supported by the stoppers 23 of the wall side hinge member 17 and the outer hinge member 18, so that a person rides on the elevating rail 8. Even if a load is applied in the same manner, the step / rail rod 6 does not fall down to the tip 6a side. Further, the third fixing member c is released, and the lifting rail 8 is lowered by its own weight along the outer ladder girder 7, and the lower end of the lifting rail 8 is connected to the floor 2a of the balcony 2 as shown in FIG.
When reaching the vicinity, the lifting rail 8 is fixed to the outer ladder girder 7 again using the third fixing tool c. On the other hand, in order to fold the folding ladder 1 from the state shown in FIG. 4, first, the third fixing member c is released, and as shown in FIG. After lifting to the position, the lifting rail 8 is fixed to the outer ladder girder 7 again using the third fixing tool c. Then, the outer ladder girder 7 is slightly pushed up and moved in a direction approaching the outer wall 3 to return to the state of FIG . Further, the first fastener a is released, and as shown in FIG. 1, the wall-side ladder girder 5, the outer ladder girder 7 and the elevating rail 8 are lowered by their own weights. When the height positions of the ladder girder 7 and the elevating rail 8 are aligned with the outer ladder girder 7, the wall-side ladder girder 5 is fixed to the fixed rail 4 again using the first fixing tool a , and the second fixing is performed. Using tool b
The lifting rail 8 is fixed to the fixed rail 4 by using. The first to third fixing members a to c may be clamps or latch mechanisms, and are not particularly limited as long as they can be easily attached and detached. In addition, fixed rail 4
May be directly fixed to the outer wall of an existing building using concrete bolts or the like. Furthermore, in order to reliably suppress the swing of the lower end of the lift rail 8, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, a reinforcing bar 29 is provided between the lower end of the fixed rail 4 and the lower end of the lift rail 8. You may insert it. As the reinforcing bars 29, pin insertion holes 29a corresponding to the pin insertion holes 30 formed in the fixed rail 4 and the elevating rail 8 are formed at both ends, and can be freely inserted into and removed from these pin insertion holes 29a, 30. One that is connected to the fixed rail 4 and the lift rail 8 via a hinge pin 31 with a head inserted therethrough may be used. The hinge pin 31 with the head
It is preferable that the split pin 32 be attached to the distal end side, since it does not drop out of the pin insertion holes 29a and 30 carelessly. As described above, the folding ladder of the present invention extends from the vicinity of the floor such as the balcony to the rooftop when used, and can be folded small when not in use. The folding ladder does not stand out and does not impair the appearance of the building. Also, when folded, the outer ladder girder approaches the wall side ladder girder and the whole becomes thin,
There is an advantage that Balconi can be used widely. In addition, when used, the outer ladder girder is separated from the fixed rail toward the outdoor side, so that a sufficient space for inserting limbs between the outer wall and the outer ladder girder can be secured.
