The invention relates to the field of construction of industrial and civil buildings and structures, namely, to ladders.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks, reduce labor costs during assembly and disassembly, reduce the weight of the stairs by combining the functions of supporting strings with the functions of end fences, giving the stairs spatial rigidity, compactness and transportability, improving safety conditions.

Claims (1)

  1. This goal is achieved by the fact that the carrying strings of the ladder are enclosed in flat supporting lattice frames articulated between themselves and with flight of stairs, the front barriers are made of separate rectangular grids that are hinged to each other, which, under production conditions, quickly assemble, dismantle and fold the ladder into a transportable package. Separate grids of the front guard are made with openings into which mesh doors are installed. On the upper grid of the front panel there are attached two sheets with openings with which they are hung on the carrying frame of the stairs. Face and front fences between themselves with the help of bolts; this provides additional spatial rigidity. The ladder consists of a supporting rectangular frame 1, on which staircases 3 and platforms 4 with hinged perimeter barriers 5 are suspended by means of strings 2, and the front and front barriers 6 are attached with hinges 7 and the front and front barriers are interconnected by clamps 7 using bolts 8 and make up the stairwell. The upper grid has two lugs 14, by means of which the front fence is bowed onto the supporting frame. Separate fencing nets are made with openings in which mesh doors 15 are installed to access separate floors (elevations) of the building. Frontal fences with door openings can be made in accordance with the markings of floors at different heights. When mounting the front barriers, the frames, which are sequentially folded, automatically occupy the working position, and when dismantled, they easily fold into the transport package. The ladder is mounted on cantilever beams attached to the supporting structures of the building, or on a separate portable frame with counterweights, providing stability from overturning when installed on the roof or interfloor overlap. The ladder is mounted as follows. A transport package consisting of a carrier frame, end railings and flight of stairs with platforms and rail barriers is removed by means of transport fastenings, and with front lugs 14, front barriers are fastened to the carrier frame, which is attached to beams attached to the building. During the ascent, all the elements of the stairs, due to their articulation between them as they ascend, consistently unfolding, take up their working position automatically. When the installer is climbing the ladder, the railings are installed from the plane of the rail and the end and front barriers are fastened together with clamps. The removal of the ladder is carried out in the reverse direction: the clamps that fasten the front and front barriers are disconnected, the railings are laid in the plane of the march. With the help of a hook, the carrying frame is removed from the place of its attachment to the building and gradually lowers down. As you lower, the hinge joints of the front fence are successively in water to the side to ensure their folding into the transport package. The use of the invention will facilitate the construction of the staircase, simplify its assembly and disassembly, as well as improve the safety conditions of people using this staircase.
