Abstract

PURPOSE:To make impurity vaporize outside and to enable making transparent ice by providing an ice making tray which is opened in an upper surface, containing water inside and having a heating means at an upper part. CONSTITUTION:When a heater wire 12 provided on the whole periphery of an ice making tray flange part 9a is turned ON, the heater wire 12 generates heat to heat an upper part of an ice making tray 9 and also transmits heat to an elastic thermal conductor 13 provided around the heater wire 12 to heat the upper part of the ice making tray 9, whereby water supplied into the ice making tray 9 is heated. As to cooling of the ice making tray 9, congelation starts from a lower part of the tray 9 because cool air is made to flow only to the lower part and proceeds to its upper part, where the congelation finishes. In this constitution, as the heater wire 12 is provided on the ice making tray 9, ice making time is prolonged, and further as the upper part of the tray 9 is heated, chlorine, bleaching powder and the like dissolve from inside of the water and go outside. Thus congelated ice includes little impurity and is very transparent.

Since the conventional automatic ice making apparatus is constructed as described above, there is no problem in making ordinary ice, but it has not been possible to make clear and delicious ice. Furthermore, in the conventional device for making transparent ice using a heater, water remains at the bottom of the ice tray, which is not suitable for automatic ice making. Additionally, there was a problem in that the ice tray could not be rotated if the heater was placed close to the top surface.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. Reference numerals (1) to a11 indicate the same or equivalent parts as in the conventional device, and their explanations will be omitted. In the figure (9a) is a U-shaped 7 provided around the entire circumference of the ice tray (9).
Lunge part, QX5 is ice tray flange part (9a) FF3
1C is a heater wire, and 01 is a good thermal conductor with elasticity installed around the heater @ CaO so as to efficiently conduct the heater heat (to the ice tray (9)) and press the heater wire α2 to the ice tray (9). , α knob is a U-shaped holder for fixing the heater wire C13 and the thermal conductor α:l'Jk to the ice tray 7 flange portion (9a).Next, the operation will be explained.Ice tray flange portion (9a)
When the heater wire α2' provided around the entire circumference is turned on by an external switch (not shown), the heater chain 3 generates heat and warms the top of the ice tray (9), and the heater wire α2' provided around the heater wire α2 generates heat. Heat is also transferred to the thermal conductor 03, which has good elasticity, and warms the upper part of the Kg ice tray (9) as well as the heater wire α2, and this heat warms the water supplied to the ice tray (9). The cooling of the ice tray (9) is designed so that cold air flows only to the bottom of the ice tray (91), so freezing starts from the bottom of the divided chamber of the ice tray (9) and progresses to the upper part.
The final frozen part becomes the upper part of the ice tray (9).

By providing the heater wire 03t on the ice tray (9), the ice making time becomes longer, and the upper layer is heated by the heater, so that chlorine, limescale, etc. are decomposed from the water and escape to the outside. Therefore, the frozen ice becomes highly transparent and delicious ice with fewer impurities than conventional ice. Note that the heater is turned off after a certain period of time.

In the above embodiment, a good thermal conductor a1d having elasticity is provided around the heater wire az, but the same effect can be achieved by using only the heater wire α2 by increasing the heat generation i1 of the heater wire α2.
