However, with conventional equipment that applies anti-corrosion treatment to the stair components and then joins them by welding, the plating layer at the joint is burnt by the heat during welding, and rust occurs from the joint. To solve this problem, it is possible to apply anti-corrosion treatment such as plating after each component is assembled, but in such a case, quite large anti-corrosion treatment equipment is required. The problem is that it is not realistic.

The present invention will be explained below based on an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Fig. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the main parts of this embodiment, and Fig. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the manner of connection with the landing. A plurality of tiers consisting of a single plate having a vertical surface 3 formed therein, the front edge of the tread 2 having an upper vertical surface 4 and a horizontal surface extending horizontally outward from the end edge of the vertical surface. A crank-shaped bent part 6 consisting of a surface part 5 is formed, and a square cylindrical bent part 7 that can engage with the crank-shaped bent part 6 of the adjacent step plate 1 is formed at the end edge of the vertical part 3. It is provided. Reference numeral 8 denotes square pipes that are attached and fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal surface portion 5 of each step board 1, and the longitudinal dimension of these square pipes 8 is set longer than the width dimension of the step board. As shown in Figure 3,
It is configured to slightly protrude from both end faces of the stepped plate. Reference numeral 9 denotes a pair of side girders (only one of which is shown) arranged on both sides of each step plate 1, whose inner surfaces 9a abut against both end surfaces of each of the square pipes 8, so that the separation distance is maintained. It's getting old. 1
Reference numeral 0 denotes a shaft member inserted through each of the square pipes 8, and as shown in FIG. At each end thereof, a small diameter threaded portion 10b formed to protrude from the hole 9b is fixed with a cap nut 11. Reference numeral 12 denotes a beam member installed between the girders 9 on both sides on the back side of the step board 1, and as shown in FIG. It has the function of a poking stick. Reference numeral 13 denotes a synthetic resin gasket fitted to both end edges of the engaging portion between the crank-shaped bent portion 6 and the rectangular cylindrical bent portion 7, and as shown in Figs. A recess 13a into which the rectangular tubular bent portion 7 can fit is formed, and the wall thickness t of the bottom surface of the recess 13a is equal to the protrusion dimension of the square pipe 8 from the end surface of the step plate, that is, the end surface 14 of the step plate. It is set to the same dimension as the clearance dimension c between the inner side surface 9a of the stringer and prevents rain and dust from entering from the engaging portion and the end surface of the square pipe 8.

Next, the connection relationship between the stair device of this embodiment and the landing will be explained based on FIG. 2. The upper end of the stringer 9 is provided to extend in the horizontal direction,
The end portions of these side edges 9c are connected to each other via a plate 18 attached by an angle 16 and a screw 17. Square pipes 19 and shaft members 20 similar to those used for the step plate portion are installed at predetermined intervals on the upper edge between the side edges 9c, and the above-mentioned square pipes 19 and shaft members 20 are installed at the center of the lower edge. A square pipe 21 and a shaft member 22 having the same function as the beam member 12 are installed. A floor plate 23 of the landing 15 is mounted and fixed on the upper surface of the square pipe 19, and the crank-shaped bent portion 24 of the front edge of the floor plate 23 is located at the top of the rectangular tubular bent portion 7 of the step plate 1. It is configured to engage with. Further, the rear edge of the floor plate 23 stands up to form an end face 25, and this end face 25 constitutes a frame in which mortar 26 is placed.

In the device of this embodiment constructed as described above, each stair component member is assembled in a factory or on-site after anti-corrosion treatment such as gluing or plating is applied in advance.・Since the nut is used as a fixing means, no welding is required, and the anti-corrosion treatment of each component can be maintained in its original state, preventing rust from occurring after assembly and improving its durability. becomes possible. In addition, by providing the beam member 12 on the back side of the stepped board 1, which has ribs 12a that widen toward each other at both ends, it is possible to prevent the both side girders 9 from opening.

FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, each cylindrical member that maintains the distance between the girders on both sides is composed of a round pipe 28, and the opening 29a of the rectangular cylindrical bent part 29 formed at the end edge of the vertical surface part 3 is set large. This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in this respect. In this embodiment, the work of assembling the crank-shaped bent part 6 and the rectangular cylindrical bent part 29 is facilitated, and the alignment effect of the abutting part between the shaft member 10 and the round pipe 28 is achieved, and these are stabilized. There is an advantage of doing so.

In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the engaging portions between the respective step plates 1 are provided as raised portions on the front edges thereof, and this raised portion is configured as a frame portion of the mortar 26 cast onto the tread surface portion 2. However, it is not necessarily necessary to cast the mortar 26, and the above-mentioned engagement part may be provided on the lower surface side of the tread part 2 without being raised, thereby making the staircase made of only a steel frame. It goes without saying that this invention is included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
