本発明は、建物躯体に取付けるバルコニーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から種々のバルコニーが提案されている。
例えば、特開平7−90923号公報に示すバルコニーが提案されている。
左右の妻桁と前桁とデッキ材を有する本体部と、この本体部に取付けた手摺部と、建物躯体に取付けられるブラケットを備え、このブラケットと妻桁を連結して本体部を建物躯体に取付けるバルコニーである。
また、実開平1−151501号公報に示すバルコニーが提案されている。
このバルコニーは、チャンネル材に複数の腕木を取付けたブラケットを備え、そのチャンネル材を建物躯体に取付けると共に、複数の腕木を前桁に連結して本体部を建物躯体に取付けるバルコニーである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
建物躯体には外装材、例えばモルタル、サイディング等を取付けるのが一般的である。
前述の従来の各バルコニーは外観、施工等の面から、次のように取付けている。ブラケットを建物躯体に取付けた後に、建物躯体に外装材をブラケットの取付部分を覆うように取付け、その後に本体部を左右の妻桁が外装材に接するように取付ける。
このように取付けることで、外装材と本体部(妻桁)が隙間なく連続し、その外装材と本体部との接触部分の外観の見栄えが良い。本体部が無い状態で外装材を容易に取付けできるので、外装材を容易に取付けできる。特に、モルタルを取付(塗布)ける場合には、本体部に関係なくモルタルを容易に塗布できる。

前述とは反対に、ブラケットに妻桁を取付けて本体部を取付け、その後に外装材を取付けると、前述と反対に、外装材と本体部(妻桁)との間に隙間が生じたり等して外観の見栄えが悪くなる。
また、外装材を取付ける時に本体部が邪魔になり、外装材を取付けしにくいので外装材の取付け作業が面倒である。特に、モルタルを取付(塗布)ける場合には、モルタルを塗布しづらい。

前述のように、従来のバルコニーは外観の見栄え、外装材の取付け作業性等の面から、ブラケットを取付けた後に外装材を取付け、その後に本体部を取付けるので、バルコニーのブラケット取付作業と本体部取付け作業を連続して行うことができない。
よって、バルコニーを取付ける作業者はブラケットを取付けた後に、他の作業者(左官職人等)が外装材を取付けるまで待機しなければならず、バルコニーの取付け作業効率が悪い。

本発明は、前述の課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的は、外観の見栄えが良く、外装材の取付け作業が容易で、しかも効率良く取付けできるバルコニーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の発明は、建物躯体に取付ける縦板状の躯体取付用部と、この躯体取付用部の周囲を囲むと共に、外装材の厚さよりも大きな突出寸法の上下・左右の受け面を形成する上横材、下横材、左右の側板を有する外装材受け部を備え、前面が開口した箱形状で本体部取付用凹陥部を有する躯体取付用部材、
左右の妻桁と前桁とデッキ材を備え、その左の妻桁の長手方向端部が、前記躯体取付用部における左の側板寄り位置に取付けられ、前記右の妻桁の長手方向端部が、前記躯体取付用部における右の側板寄り位置に取付けられてその左の妻桁、右の妻桁の長手方向端部が、前記上下・左右の受け面で囲まれている本体部、

【作 用】
第1の発明によれば、建物躯体に躯体取付用部材の躯体取付用部を取付け、その躯体取付用部に本体部の左右妻桁を取付けることで、その本体部の左右妻桁の取付部分が外装材受け部の上下・左右の受け面で囲まれる。
よって、外装材受け部を基準として外装材を建物躯体に取付けることで、外装材を取付ける時に本体部が邪魔にならないから、外装材を容易に取付けできる。特に、外装材がモルタルの場合には各受け面に接するように塗布すれば良く、その塗布が容易である。
したがって、外装材の取付け作業が容易である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示すように、建物躯体に取付けられる躯体取付用部材1と、この躯体取付用部材1に取付けられる本体部2と、この本体部2に取付けられる手摺部3でバルコニーとしてある。
前記本体部2は左右の妻桁10と、この左右の妻桁10間に連結した前桁11と、デッキ材12を備えている。
前記手摺部3は、妻桁10、前桁11の上面に取付けた複数の支柱13と、妻桁10と前桁11の連結部に取付けた左右のコーナー支柱14と、隣接する支柱13間及び支柱13とコーナー支柱14間にそれぞれ取付けたパネル体15と、各支柱13とコーナー支柱14の上端部間に亘って取付けた笠木16で形成されている。

前記手摺部3は左右の妻桁10に取付けた左右の側面手摺部3aと、前桁11に取付けた前面手摺部3bを有する。
前記パネル体15は複数の縦材と横材を有する形状であるが、この形状に限ることはなく板状、斜め格子形状など任意の形状でも良い。

幅狭で長尺な矩形の縦板20と、この縦板20の上縁部に取付けた略クランク形状の上横材21と、前記横板20の下縁部に取付けた略L字形状の下横材22と、前記上横材21と下横材22の長手方向両端面に亘ってそれぞれ取付けたL字形状の左右の側板23で前面が開口した箱形状で、上と左右に取付片を有すると共に、本体部取付用凹陥部を有する躯体取付用部材1を形成している。

前記上横材21と下横材22はビスホール24を有するアルミ押出形材で、側板23もアルミ押出形材で、前記上横材21、下横材22のビスホール24にビスを螺合して取付けてある。
前記上横材21の横板21aと下横材22の横板22aと左右の側板23の一側板23aが四周連続し、かつ縦板20よりも突出し、これらによって前記外装材受け部1bの上下左右の受け面を形成している。この横板21a,22a、一側板23aの縦板20からの突出寸法、つまり外装材受け部1bの取付用部1aからの突出寸法は、外装材の厚さよりも大きい。
前記下横材22の縦板22bは上突片25と下突片26を有する。この下横材22の縦板22bが縦板20の下縁部に取付けられ、その縦板22bと縦板20で前記躯体取付用部1aを形成している。

この取付片44と前桁本体40の内側縦面に亘って内側縦板45が取付けてある。

これによって、前桁雨樋43に流れ落ちた雨水等は妻桁雨樋33に流れ、その躯体取付用部材側部に流れる。そして、図示しない排水管で排水される。

前述のように上横材21、下横材22、左右の側板23(外装材受け部1b)がモルタル90と連続して塗装され、妻桁10等は縦板20(取付用部1a)に取付けられて前述の外装材受け部1aとは離れているので、バルコニーが上下に微動しても外装材受け部1bは上下に微動しない。
よって、モルタル90と連続した部分の塗装膜がひび割れを起こすことがない。

また、妻桁側面化粧板31と左右の側板23との間の隙間にコーキング材89が充填してあるので、このコーキング材89に塗装されて左右の側板23と妻桁側面化粧板31が連続した外観となる。
しかも、本体部2が上下に微動した時にはコーキング材89自体が弾性変形するので、塗装膜がにひび割れすることがない。

つまり、躯体取付用部材1は本体部が取付けられる取付用部1aと、その取付用部1aの周囲を囲むと共に、上下・左右に受け面を有する外装材受け部1bを有する形状であれば良い。

図14に図示した外装材受け部と同様な外装材受け部材を建物躯体に取付け、その建物躯体の外装材受け部材の上下・左右の受け面で囲まれた部位に妻桁をブラケットで取付けて本体部を取付け、その本体部に手摺部を取付けてバルコニーとしても良い。
このバルコニーであっても本体部の取付部分が外装材受け部材で囲まれるので、外観の見栄えが良く、外装材の取付け作業が容易で、効率よく取付けできるバルコニーである。
