Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an indication device capable of indicating condition parameters, such as open air temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a ventilation device which is provided with two air duct systems which comprise an exhaust air passage 4 having an exhaust fan 3 to exhaust indoor air outdoors and an air supply passage 6 having an air supply fan 5 to supply open air indoors, an open air temperature detection means 14 is installed to the air duct of the ventilation device so as to detect the condition parameters, such as open air temperature. When indicating the detected value to an indication means 13, air is supplied at a constant interval for a short period to the air duct provided with the open air detection means 14 even during the shutdown of ventilating operation where the condition parameters based on the detected values under the air supply condition are indicated to the indication means 13. Distrubance factors induced by the structure of a spot which the open air indication means 14 is installed or attached parts are eliminated by air supplu so that detection environments may be arranged. It is, therefore, possible to indicate the condition variable based on the open air detection means 14 with accuracy.

2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, some ventilation systems using air supply and exhaust air involve heat exchange between the air supply and exhaust air. For the convenience of the user, some of these ventilation devices detect state variables such as outside air temperature, indoor temperature, humidity, or indoor air pollution level using various detection means, and display this using a display means. There is something. For example, regarding the outside air temperature, an outside air temperature detection means is provided near the outdoor end of the air supply path for taking in outside air, and a display means displays the outside air temperature based on the detection output of the outside air temperature detection means. It has become.

[0003] In the ventilation system having the above configuration, for example, the outside air temperature is displayed as shown in FIG. That is, the outside air temperature detection means continuously detects the temperature near the outdoor end of the air supply path of the ventilation system regardless of whether the ventilation system is stopped, and the outside air temperature is determined by the display output formed based on this detection output. The display means performs a display operation. The outside air temperature displayed by the outside air temperature display means corresponds to the detected value of the outside temperature soil detection means, and normally, as shown in FIG. It turns out.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional ventilation system configured as described above, state quantities are displayed with high accuracy during ventilation operation, but when the ventilation system is stopped, an apologetic display is displayed. This includes issues that need to be resolved. That is, for example, regarding the outside air temperature, the outside air temperature detection means detects the temperature near the indoor and outside ends of the air supply path of the ventilation system, but the temperature environment of this part does not necessarily match the outside air environment, and the temperature of the ventilation system is Due to the conduction of heat from the structure and the conduction of heat from the lead wire of the outside temperature detection means, when the air blowing is stopped, the room temperature tends to approach the room temperature.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A state quantity display device for a ventilation system according to the present invention includes an exhaust passage having an exhaust blower for exhausting indoor air to the outside, and an air supply passage for supplying outside air into the room. The ventilator is equipped with two systems of air passages, one being an air supply passage with an air blower, and detects state variables such as outside air temperature or indoor temperature using a detection means installed in the air passage of the ventilation system, and displays this using a display means. Even when the ventilation operation is stopped, air is blown at regular intervals for a short period of time to the air passage equipped with the detection means.
The state quantity based on the detection value of the detection means in this air blowing state is displayed on the display means.

[Embodiment] Figures 1 to 4 all show one embodiment of the present invention, with Figure 1 being a sectional view showing the configuration of a ventilation system, and Figure 2 being a circuit configuration diagram showing the configuration of an electric circuit. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a state quantity sampling and display algorithm, and FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing an operation sequence of the state quantity display device and display quantities. First, the ventilation system will be explained based on Fig. 1. This ventilation system is a wall-mounted type that is installed in a mounting opening made in a wall 1 that separates the inside and outside of the room, and indoor air is pumped into the main body outer casing 2. Two air paths are formed: an exhaust path 4 provided with an exhaust air blower 3 for exhausting outside air, and an air supply path 6 provided with an air supply blower 5 for supplying outside air into the room. A grill 9 having an air supply outlet 7 and an exhaust inlet 8 is removably attached to the indoor front surface of the main body outer casing 2.
The air supply outlet 7 is independently connected to the 6th end of the air supply path of the main body outer casing 2, and the exhaust air suction port 8 is connected to the 4th end of the exhaust path of the main body outer casing 2, respectively. The air supply passage 6 and the exhaust passage 4 are partially formed by two working fluid passages of a heat exchanger 10 built into the main body outer casing 2. The exhaust port 11, which is the outlet end of the exhaust path 4, and the outside air intake port 12, which is the inlet end of the air supply path 6, are individually opened at the rear end of the main body outer casing 2 on the indoor side, facing outdoors. The grill 9 is equipped with display means 13 for informing the user of state quantities such as indoor temperature, humidity, outdoor temperature, and indoor air pollution level as ventilation operation information. This display means 13 displays the state quantity based on the detection output by the detection means provided in the air passage of the ventilation system. For example, regarding the outside air temperature, the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature detection means 14 installed near the outside air intake port 12 in the air supply path 6 is displayed. For example, the electric circuit is shown in Figure 2.
A control circuit 15 including a microcomputer as shown in FIG.
A motor 16 drives the supply air blower 5 and the exhaust air blower 3.
A display means 13, a detection means, etc. are connected to the display means 13 and the detection means. The control circuit 15 performs forced ventilation operation for about 5 minutes at fixed intervals, for example, every 30 minutes, regardless of the operating state of the ventilation device, and detects the detection output from the detection means for, for example, 1 minute at the end of the forced ventilation operation. The sampled and averaged values are displayed on the display means 13 (see FIG. 3). Even when the ventilation system is not operating, forced ventilation operation is performed according to a sampling instruction, and the detection output from the detection means is sampled for, for example, one minute at the end of forced ventilation operation, and the averaged value of this is stored. , is used as the display output for the next 30 minutes.

[0009] In the ventilation system having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the outside air temperature is displayed on the display means 13, which does not necessarily match the value detected by the outside temperature detecting means 14. That is, the display of the outside air temperature by the display means 13 is a value obtained by averaging the detection output from the outside air temperature detection means 14 for the last minute of the forced ventilation operation of about 5 minutes, which is performed every 30 minutes. This value is
The value detected by the detection means after the detection environment has been prepared by eliminating disturbance elements caused by the structure and attached parts of the ventilation system itself at the location where the detection means for detecting state quantities such as outside air temperature and indoor temperature is installed. Based on this system, the ventilation information is highly accurate and appropriate for the user.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the state quantity display device for a ventilation system of the present invention,
In order to prepare the detection environment by eliminating disturbance elements caused by the structure and attached parts of the ventilation system itself at the location where the detection means for detecting the state quantity is installed, the accurate display of the state quantity based on the detection means is possible. It is possible to provide users with accurate and appropriate ventilation information.
