2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when attaching heater wires to a base material to form a planar heating element, a sewing machine is used. That is, the heater wire 1 and the thread 2a were sewn onto a paper-like base material 3 as shown in FIG. 6 by using the heater wire 1 as a lower thread and the ordinary thread 2a as an upper thread in a sewing machine.

Another method is to use ordinary thread 2 as the upper thread.
The heater wire 1 is sewn onto the base material 3 using threads 2a and 2b using an embroidery sewing machine using threads 2a and 2b as shown in FIG. However, in the case of such a conventional example, since a sewing machine is used, a bobbin thread (heater wire 1 in the former conventional example, thread 2b in the latter conventional example) is required, and the bobbin thread is wound around a bobbin and fed to the hook. If the bobbin runs out of bobbin thread, the bobbin thread must be replaced. Therefore, there is a problem that sheet heating elements cannot be continuously produced for a long period of time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The method for manufacturing the sheet heating element described above involves continuously supplying a heater wire 1 such as a nichrome wire onto a base material 3 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. The heater wire 1 is fixed to the base material 3 by heat fusion by extending the heater wire 1 along the base material 3 and applying heat intermittently to the heater wire 1.

[Operation] According to the above structure, the heater wire 1 is continuously supplied onto the base material 3 of the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet.
The heater wire 1 can be continuously fixed by heat-sealing the heater wire 1 to the base material 3 by applying heat intermittently to the base material 3. Therefore, heater wire 1
If it is continuously supplied, continuous production can be performed without interruptions like a sewing machine.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As shown in FIG. 1, a movable table 6 is provided on a base 5 so as to be movable in the X and Y directions. A base material 3 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet is continuously supplied onto the moving table 6. Base material 3
On the unloading side, a feed roller 7 is rotatably mounted so as to correspond to the moving table 6. An arch-shaped support frame 8 is provided above the base 5, and a heat-sealing head 9 is attached to the support frame 8 at a position corresponding to above the movable table 6.
is installed. The heat-sealing head 9 is provided with a rotating head 12 , and a high-temperature heat-sealing iron 10 is suspended downward from the rotating head 12 so as to be movable up and down. Guide pipe 1 at the bottom end
3 is attached so as to correspond to the heat fusion soldering iron 10. The heater wire 1 can be continuously supplied from a heater wire drum 15 in which a large amount of heater wire 1 such as nichrome wire is wound. It can be supplied below.

[0008] The sheet heating element is manufactured in the following manner. A base material 3 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet is supplied onto a movable table 6, and while the movable table 6 is moved, the rotary head 12 is rotated to make the heater wire 1 run in a predetermined zigzag shape on the base material 3. While doing so, the heat-sealing iron 10 is moved up and down intermittently. As a result, the heater wire 1 is made to run along the base material 3 in a predetermined shape, and the heater wire 1 is intermittently held down by heat fusion with 10.
is fixed to the base material 3 by heat fusion. 17 is a heat fusion part. Once one sheet of sheet heating element is manufactured, the base material 3 is sent and the same operation as above is repeated. At this time, the heater wire 1 can be supplied from the large heater wire drum 15, allowing continuous production without stopping work. Also, as shown above, in Figure 3 (
As shown in a), the heater wire 1 is fixed to the base material 3,
Fixation by heat fusion is temporary fixation, and a laminate film 16 such as a polyethylene film is further attached to the laminate film 16 in FIG. 3(b).

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the heat sealing head 9. As shown in FIG. In the case of this embodiment, a hot air outlet 18 is made to protrude downward from the rotating head 12, and hot air is intermittently blown out from the hot air outlet 18 to heat-fuse the heater wire 1 to the base material 3 with the hot air. It is ready to wear. FIG. 5 shows another pattern for arranging the heater wires 1 of the planar heating element. In this case, the heater wires 1 are meandered with a small amplitude and arranged in a predetermined pattern. In this case, even if the heater wire 1 expands or contracts, the heater wire 1 is less likely to break.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention continuously supplies a heater wire such as a nichrome wire onto a base material of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, makes it run over the base material, and intermittently feeds a heater wire such as a nichrome wire onto a base material of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. Since the heater wire is fixed to the base material by heat fusion by applying heat, it is possible to continuously supply the heater wire and fix it continuously by heat fusion, unlike when using a conventional sewing machine. There is no need to interrupt work midway through production, and sheet heating elements can be manufactured in a continuous manner, improving productivity.
