支持フレーム8に接着剤点滴ヘッド9を装着してある。
接着剤点滴ヘッド9には回転ヘッド17を設けてあり、
回転ヘッド17から下方に点滴針10を垂下してあり、
また回転ヘッド17から垂下した支持部11の下端には
ガイドパイプ13が点滴針10に対応するように装着し
てある。速乾性接着剤4を多量に貯蔵した接着剤貯蔵タ
ンク14と接着剤点滴ヘッド9とは接着剤供給パイプ1
5にて連通させてある。ニクロム線のようなヒータ線1
を多量に巻いたヒータ線ドラム16からヒータ線1が連
続的に供給できるようになっており、ヒータ線1をガイ
ドパイプ13に通して点滴針10の下に供給できるよう

大きな接着剤貯蔵タンク14から速乾性接着剤4を供給
できて作業を停止することなく連続生産できる。また上
記のようして図3に示すように基材3にヒータ線1を固
定されるが、速乾性接着剤4による固定は仮固定であっ
て、さらにポリエチレンフィルムのようなラミネートフ
