Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture planar heating elements by continuous production by supplying heater wires continuously onto a base material, and making them creep on the base material, and bonding the heater wires to the base material with a quick dry type adhesive. CONSTITUTION:While supplying base material 3 such as paper onto a shifting table 6 and shifting the shifting table 6 and also rotating a rotary table 17 and making a heater wire 1 on the base material 3 in zigzag shape, a dip needle 10 drips a quick dry adhesive intermittently. Hereby, the heater wire 1 is made to creep in specified shape on the base material 3, and also the quick dry type adhesive 4 adheres at proper intervals to the heater wire l, and the heater wire 1 is fixed to the base material 3. When a planar heating element for one sheet is manufactured, the base material 3 is sent to repeat the same operation. At this time, continuous production can be performed by supplying the heater wire 1 from a large heater wire drum 16 and also supplying the quick dry type adhesive 4 from a large adhesive reservoir tank 14.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when attaching heater wires to a base material such as paper to form a sheet heating element, a sewing machine is used. In other words, the heater wire 1 is used as the lower thread on the sewing machine, the ordinary thread 2a is used as the upper thread, and the base material 3 such as paper is

Another method is to use ordinary thread 2 as the upper thread.
Using threads 2a and 2b, the heater wire 1 is sewn onto the base material 3 using an embroidery sewing machine using threads 2a and 2b as shown in FIG. However, in the case of such a conventional example, since a sewing machine is used, a bobbin thread (heater wire in the former conventional example, thread 2b in the latter conventional example) is required, and the bobbin thread is wound around the bobbin and fed into the hook. If the bobbin runs out of bobbin thread, the bobbin thread must be replaced. Therefore, there is a problem that sheet heating elements cannot be continuously produced for a long period of time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a planar heating element of the present invention involves continuously supplying a heater wire 1 such as a nichrome wire onto a base material 3. The heater wire 1 is bonded to the base material 3 with the quick-drying adhesive 4 by dripping the quick-drying adhesive 4 onto the heater wire 1 at appropriate intervals.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As shown in FIG. 1, a movable table 6 is provided on a base 5 so as to be movable in the X and Y directions. A base material 3 such as paper is continuously supplied onto the moving table 6. On the unloading side of the base material 3, a feed roller 7 is rotatably mounted so as to correspond to the moving table 6. Above the base 5 is an arch-shaped support frame 8.
An adhesive drip head 9 is mounted on the support frame 8 at a position corresponding to the upper part of the movable table 6. The adhesive drip head 9 is provided with a rotating head 17,
An infusion needle 10 is suspended downward from the rotating head 17,
Further, a guide pipe 13 is attached to the lower end of the support part 11 hanging down from the rotating head 17 so as to correspond to the drip needle 10. An adhesive storage tank 14 storing a large amount of quick-drying adhesive 4 and an adhesive drip head 9 are connected to an adhesive supply pipe 1.
It is communicated at 5. Heater wire 1 like nichrome wire
The heater wire 1 can be continuously supplied from a heater wire drum 16 wound with a large amount of wire, and the heater wire 1 can be passed through a guide pipe 13 and supplied under the drip needle 10.

[0008] The sheet heating element is manufactured in the following manner. A base material 3 such as paper is supplied onto the movable table 6, and while the movable table 6 is moved and the rotary head 17 is rotated to make the heater wire 1 run in a predetermined zigzag shape on the base material 3, The quick-drying adhesive 4 is intermittently dripped from the drip needle 10. As a result, the heater wire 1 is made to run along the base material 3 in a predetermined shape, and the quick-drying adhesive 4 is attached to the heater wire 1 at appropriate intervals, so that the heater wire 1 is attached to the base material 3.
Fixed. Once one sheet of sheet heating element is manufactured, the base material 3 is sent and the same operation as above is repeated. At this time, the heater wire 1 can be supplied from the large heater wire drum 16 and the quick-drying adhesive 4 can be supplied from the large adhesive storage tank 14, allowing continuous production without stopping the work. The heater wire 1 is fixed to the base material 3 in the above manner as shown in FIG. completely fixed.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention continuously supplies a heater wire onto a base material and makes it run over the base material, and drips a quick-drying adhesive onto the heater wire at appropriate intervals to dry quickly. Since the heater wire is bonded to the base material using adhesive, it is possible to continuously supply the heater wire and fix it continuously with quick-drying adhesive, and there is no need to interrupt the work in the middle like when using a conventional sewing machine. There is no such problem, and the planar heating element can be manufactured in continuous production, which improves productivity.
