Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a spindle side tail cord from being caught by equipment in an elevation passage and improve the safety and reliability by connecting the other end side of the spindle side tail cord with a basket side tail cord in an middle relay box in the elevation passage from the lower part of a basket where it is connected in the form of a U-letter avoiding the bottom surface of an elevation passage lower end pit. CONSTITUTION:For a spindle side tail cord 30, one end side is connected with a balance spindle 6, so it is connected with a stator 7, and the other end side is guided the center in an elevation passage 1, so it is fixed to a stopping part 31 at a lower part of a basket 5 leaving a U-letter shaped allowance in such a range that it will not get in contact with a lower end pit bottom surface 1a in the elevation passage 1. An extended part is then connected with a connection box 32 under the basket 5. In addition, the other end side of the cord 30 is integrated with a basket side tail cord 33 from the connection box 32, and it is connected with a middle relay box 12 at one side part of elevation from a stopping part 34 at a lower part of the basket to be connected with an external power source. The balance spindle 6 and the basket 5 can thus be moved to the uppermost floor or the lowest floor without stretching the cord 30, so U-letter shaped suspended parts 30a, 33a in the middle are kept in a length having such an allowance that they will not get in contact with the bottom surface 1a.

For driving the car 5 and counterweight 6 up and down,
A stator 7 of the linear motor is provided on the counterweight 6, and a reaction plate 8 of the linear motor is attached vertically to the inner wall surface of the hoistway that closely opposes the side surface of the counterweight 6 opposite to the car. By supplying power to the stator 7, a magnetic thrust is generated between the stator 7 and the reaction plate 8, and this thrust causes the counterweight 6 and the car 5 to move up and down relative to each other via the main rope 4. There is.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional elevator, even if the car side tail cord 11 sways during ascending and descending operation, there is no problem because the area around the wiring is a wide space as shown in Fig. 5. However, when the weight side tail cord 9 swings, the rail bracket 16 and the landing switch 1 at each floor position are placed near this wiring.
9 and limit switches 20 at the upper and lower terminal floor positions, the intermediate U-shaped hanging portion 9a of the weight-side tail cord 9 is likely to be caught by these devices. Even if the weight-side tail cord 9 is wired to the other side wall of the hoistway in the opposite direction to that shown in FIG. 5, it is likely to get caught on equipment such as the rail bracket 16 and the governor rope steadying device 21. For this reason, there is a problem in that the weight-side tail cord 9 gets caught in the equipment, causing damage to the cord 9 itself, breakage, or damage to the equipment, causing the elevator to stop.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects a car to one end of a main rope wound around a sheave on the hoistway, a counterweight to the other end, and balances these cars. The elevator raises and lowers a weight in a hanging manner, and the other end of the weight side tail cord, one end of which is connected to the counterweight, is formed in a U-shape with a margin so that it does not touch the bottom of the pit at the lower end of the hoistway. The car is connected to the lower part of the car, and the lower part of the car is connected to the hoistway intermediate joint box either integrally with the car side tail cord or separately.

(Function) With the elevator tail cord wiring structure configured as described above, the weight side tail cord, which has one end connected to the counterweight, can avoid passing through the inner side of the hoistway, which is spatially narrow and where various equipment is arranged. , guided toward the center of the hoistway, connected to the bottom of the car in a U-shape with enough room to avoid touching the bottom of the bottom pit, and connected from the bottom of the car to the car side tail cord, either integrally or separately, to the car side. The cable is connected to the intermediate joint box on the inner wall of the hoistway through a wide space near the front of the hoistway, so even if the tail cord on the car side or the tail cord on the weight side shakes during lifting operation, various equipment in the hoistway will be protected. This prevents the tail cord from getting caught, preventing damage to the tail cord, disconnection, and damage to equipment.

The elevator shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is of the linear motor drive type as described above, and the stator 7 of the linear motor is provided on the counterweight 6, and the stator 7 of the linear motor is installed on the inner wall surface of the hoistway 1 that is close to and opposite to the side surface of the counterweight 6 opposite to the car. A reaction plate 8 of a linear motor is attached above and below, and when power is supplied to the stator 7, the thrust generated by the magnetic force between the stator 7 and the reaction plate 8 moves the balance weight 6 and the car 5 to the main lobe 4. It is configured to move up and down relative to each other.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In this case, a weight-side tail cord (power feeding cable) 40 is provided on the counterweight 6 or for feeding power to the stator 7 of the near motor. This weight side tail cord 40 has one end connected to the counterweight 6 as described above. The other end is connected to the stator 7, and the other end is guided toward the center of the hoistway 1, and the lower end of the hoistway 1 is connected to the lower part of the car 5 in a U-shape so that it does not touch the pit bottom surface 1a. It is connected to the stop part 41. Then, the other end extension part 40A of the weight side tail cord 40 is lengthened and connected to the locking part 42 at the lower part of the car 5, and then the weight side tail cord 40 is not integrated with the car side tail cord 43 but is connected to the car side tail cord 43 as a separate body. They are connected to an intermediate joint box 12 which is installed in parallel at approximately the mid-height in front of the side wall of the hoistway 1, and is connected to an external power source or the like.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the weight-side tail cord, which is connected at one end to the counterweight, can be moved closer to the center of the hoistway without passing through the inner side of the hoistway, which is spatially narrow and where various types of equipment are arranged. The lower end is connected to the bottom of the car in a U-shape without touching the bottom of the pit, and connected to the bottom of the car, either integrally or separately with the tail cord on the car side, to a wide space near the front of the car side. Since it is connected to the intermediate joint box on the inner wall of the hoistway, even if the tail cord on the weight side as well as the tail cord on the car side swings during hoisting operation, it will not get caught on various equipment in the hoistway. It is possible to prevent damage to the tail cord, breakage of the wire, and damage to equipment, thereby providing a safe and highly reliable elevator tail cord wiring structure.
