【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案は、洗顔時等に使用する美容用等洗浄具

洗浄具に洗顔用クリーム又は石鹸等を施与して洗

〈従来技術の問題点〉

にさえなる強い刺激を使用者に与えることもあ
り、最悪の場合には皮膚損傷、眼球損害等の不本
意な事態を招来することもある。さらに通常の洗
浄状態にあつても洗顔効果や使用感等が良好であ
るとは言い難く、また、洗浄用具を構成するモノ
フイラメント自体の毛先の消耗及び折損も、使用
頻度に比例して上昇するため皮膚に対する悪影響
の一因となり、最悪の場合には洗浄用具に植毛し
たモノフイラメントが脱落して使用に耐ええぬ状
態となるものである。また、従来品であるスポン
ジ・パフ類についてもその洗浄面が略平面により
構成される為、皮膚に対して与える洗浄時の爽快
感及び適度な刺激性に欠け、加えて素材的にも充
分な洗浄効果を有するとは言い難く洗浄具として

び気孔生成剤としての澱粉類等を加え、所定の型
枠に注液した後50〜80℃の温度で10〜30時間反応
せしめた後、型より取り出し充分に洗浄すること
により得られるものである。前記のポリビニルア
セタール系スポンジはその分子構造内に多数の水
酸基を有してなり、極めて親水性に優れた弾性体
であるため湿潤時には優れた柔軟性を有し、ま
た、微細な三次元網目状気孔構造であるために洗
顔クリーム及び石鹸等の泡立ち性に優れ、肌触
り、洗浄効果に優れた細かい泡立てをも可能とす
る。また、気孔径については40〜500μのものが
好ましいが、気孔生成剤として使用する澱粉の種
類を選択することにより任意の大きさとすること

さらに前記老廃物は、洗浄体と皮膚とが圧接を解
く際に生じる吸引力により内部気孔へと運搬され
るため、洗浄体表面は常に老廃物受入可能な状況
であり連続的な洗浄が可能となり、結果として他
の洗浄具に比べて優れた洗浄力を発揮する。また
ポリビニルアセタール系スポンジは優れた弾力性
を有する為、皮膚に圧接した際の感触も極めて良
好であり、複雑な形状の被洗浄面に対する適応も
充分可能である。さらに、洗浄面を複数の突起1

去しておけば常に清潔な洗浄具として洗顔に供す
