凸部が列状に形成された成形型を準備するとともに、一
端側にブレード部材を有し他端側に上記一組の位置決め
穴を有するクリーニングブレード用支持板と、一端側に
一組の取付穴を有し、他端側に上記支持板の位置決め穴
よりも大径の一組の位置決め穴を有するクリーニングブ
レード用板状ホルダーとを準備し、上記板状ホルダーの
一端側の取付穴内に上記取付穴位置決め用の凸部が位置
するとともに、他端側の位置決め穴内に上記位置決め穴
位置決め用の凸部が位置するように、上記板状ホルダー
を上記成形型の型面に配置し、その状態で、上記支持板
の他端側の位置決め穴内に上記位置決め穴位置決め用の
凸部が位置するように上記支持板を上記板状ホルダーに
重ね、その状態で両者の重なり部を接着部材で接着する
ことを特徴とするクリーニングブレードの製法。
