【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、バルコニーにおける床構造に関す

従来この種の床構造としては、表面仕上材の裏
面にアスフアルトルーフイング等の防水材を設け
ているものが一般に知られている。

「この考案が解決すべき問題点〕
しかし防水材で雨水処理を施して建物躯体内へ
の浸透を防止したにもかかわず、防水材の裏面で
内部結露が発生することがあるので、この結露水

以下この考案の床構造を第１図および第２図に
示すバルコニーに使用した実施例で説明する。

床１の構造は、裏面に防水材２が張設されてい
る表面仕上材３と、根太材４上に載置される下地
材５と、表面仕上材３および下地材５の間に設け
られる発泡材層６とからなつている。（第２図参
照）
そしてこの床材１は、根太材４によつて勾配を
付けられてバルコニー枠体７に固定されている。
（第１図参照）なおここで符号８は排水用ドレイ

〔考案の効果〕
表面仕上材と、下地材との間に発泡材層を設
けて床を形成したことにより、床裏面における
