内に挿入して、上記同様にブラケツト開口端部2

ル間で相互に掛止させて締付連結すればよいか
ら、従来におけるようなボルト・ナツトによる接
合や溶接による接合に比べるとパネル接合作業が
容易且つ迅速に行え、また分解も簡単となる効果
がある。特に、締付連結金具は、一方の防音パネ
ル内に軸支されていて回転操作部を有する回転軸
と、この回転軸に一体に設けられた偏心輪と、基
端部が偏心輪に相対回転可能に外嵌され且つ先端
部にフツクが形成されていて上記一方の防音パネ
ルのフランジに開口したスリツトを通じて出没可
能な締付腕と、他方の防音パネル内に設けられて
いてフツクが当該他方の防音パネルのフランジに
開口したスリツトより突入して掛止される掛止ピ
ンとで構成されているので、適当な回転操作具
(実施例では六角トルクレンチ)により回転操作
部(実施例では断面六角形の中空部)を介して回
転軸を、フツクが掛止ピンに掛止された状態から
回転させると、この回転軸の回転に伴う偏心輪の
回転によつて、締付腕がそのフツクを介して掛止
ピンを手前側へ引張する方向に移動し、それによ
り他方の防音パネルが一方のパネル側に引き付け
られて双方の防音パネルが締付け連結されること
になり、したがつて回転軸を回転させるだけの操
作で、相隣るパネル相互を容易且つ迅速に締付け
状態に一体接合し、あるいは分解できるという効
果がある。
