ヤと、さらにサイドドライブロールに周設された
ベルト溝と加圧プーリとの間にサイドドライブロ
ールの周面と同一面となるように懸回し、また前
記搬入コンベヤと同速度で同方向に回動され、か
つ巻取リールのベニヤ単板搬出側側面下方を囲巻
する複数本の巻取案内ベルトと回動自在に支承さ
れ、その外周下面を前記サイドドライブロールの
外周上面へ当接させ、従動されてベニヤ単板を巻
取る巻取リールとこの巻取リールのベニヤ単板搬
出側に立設され、前後へ揺動すると共に上下に昇
降する複数本の支柱の先端に枢支され、前記搬入
コンベヤで移送されてきたベニヤ単板を機外へ排
出するベニヤ単板搬出コンベヤと前記ベニヤ単板
搬出コンベヤの先端に遊嵌され、巻取リールと適
宜間隔で対設する加圧ロールと前記架台に軸支さ
れた下部巻取ドラムに一端を係止し、その他端が
サイドドライブロールのベニヤ単板搬出側前方を
へて前記加圧ロールに係止された複数条のベニヤ
単板導入部材と前記巻取リールのベニヤ単板搬入
側適宜位置に巻取リールと平行に横架され、巻取
リールに対して進退自在とした滑動枠とこの滑動
枠を斜方向に摺動規制する摺動案内帯と前記架台
の両側の摺動帯案内具に遊嵌され、巻取リールに
対して進退自在とした摺動体とこの摺動体に枢支
され、ロツド先端を前記滑動枠に接続した一対の
滑動枠昇降流体シリンダと前記滑動枠に枢支され
た複数本の押圧アームの先端に遊嵌され、巻取リ
ールのベニヤ単板搬入側側面を付勢する押圧ロー
ルと巻取リールの上方適宜位置に配置され、巻取
リールのベニヤ単板搬入側の一端を支点として多
端が回動される揺動枠と前記揺動枠に枢支された
複数本の加圧アームの一端に遊嵌され、巻取リー
ルのベニヤ単板搬出側側面を付勢する加圧体と前
記揺動枠に軸支された上部巻取ドラムに一端を係
止し、その他端が前記加圧体を介して巻取リール
の外周上面を囲巻し、前記押圧ロールに係止され
た複数条の巻取案内部材から構成されたことを特
徴とするベニヤ単板の巻取装置。
